for the sultan!
Gallipoli is a game that not only I have been waiting for a while, but one who's ambition and love for its concept is really engaging. As a veteran of the WW1 series, Gallipoli is the height of the effort that Blackmill games has poured. Compared to their first game Verdun, it is night and day, both functionally but also aesthetically. Compared to their most recent game, Isonzo, Gallipoli has is similar but so different as well. Other than the spectacular enviroments which are now more graphically unique and stunning, the gameplay now more properly resembles what ww1 combat must have been like, with a slower pace and unique to gallipoli, a system of momentum and slow minimal pushes to capture parts of no mans land through spawn beacons. The class system has been changed drastically due to the new roles but also the redefining of old ones. I would argue that the classes are well though out as well as the squad system. However a big criticism I have comes with two classes, the engineer and light machine gunner. The engineer is very limited and the most underdeveloped class in the game, especially defensively as he is limited in his building capabilities. The light machine gunner meanwhile is not so very problematic as a class. The problem is that one team is missing one, which is a grave problem, since the game relies on firepower and supression especially for attackers to cover their push. For new players, the game is difficult, which is not so much a problem created by the game itself but rather its style. It will take more than 30-50 games to become competent with the mechanics. The key to victory in gallipoli and moreover the enjoyment of the game, is communication with the rest of the team and your squad, a strict following of the combat roles according to the benefits a squad gives and fast yet methodical pushes or flexible defenses. YOU WILL NOT BE A MAIN CHARACTER IN THIS GAME. But if you want to be competent and reach a higher skill and ability that will get you closer to becoming a WW1 hero, I suggest following these basic rules. Communicate, play by your strengths and push/defend like your life depends on it. You will enjoy the game and get to do stupid ♥♥♥♥ during that time too if you follow these principles. I hope people, especially new fellas will enjoy this game as much as I and other do, welcome to the front fellas, good luck with your expeditions.

Been waiting for this for 4 years.
The gunshot effect was too weak.
Müzikler, bitmeyen cephe savaşı, atmosfer, seslendirme her şey harika.
Best fun I had since RS2, it has its issues but the devs are aware and working on them. I am confident for the future of this game.
