Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Jul 25 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
This might be one of the more enjoyable stealth games I've played. I enjoyed the world building and Styx's commentary. I'm looking forward to see what the next 2 games have in store.
instead of fixing their old broken games they churn out new ones. boring to an extent and certainly not worth a flippin' penny let alone life time.

Tedious puzzle stealth.
I felt like this game had potential. Unfortunately after 9 hours I'm just bored. If you want a stealth puzzle game, A Plague Tale is better. If you want a stealth action game, Splinter Cell is stronger.
I wanted to replay the game and do some extra achievement cleanup before jumping back to Styx 2 and then finally the new game. Styx 1 is by far the one with less quality of life stuff. Never made sense to me you can use throwing knives once despite the tough design of them and despite they are right there after killing an enemy. Getting all treasures is easy enough but towards the end the lack of resources and some enemy type will make you think how to trick them and get around the problem. In general a bit old but very enjoyable stealth game, maybe a bit repetitive in level design and reuse of areas, that in my opinion could have been the way to go for the Assassins Creed franchise.
