We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 6: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

The DLC is excellent, really, worth the price and enjoyable even if the brain scorcher anomaly is a real pain in the ass sometime since it one shot you after two hits (less than 7s of exposure to its effect). The level design actively supports this mid-game tension, the atmospheric dread in the new sectors feels oppressive, and navigating the anomalies requires the kind of slow, calculated planning that was missing from the late-game power trip of the base campaign, i actually like it very much, Stalker should be slow, not a fast action game. I'm not going to spend much time on the technical aspects since it's i believe a mix of all the good point of the main game, really great gameplay and environmental experience, and it's much more enjoyable mid game rather than late when you have amazing armors, artifacts and weapons, because otherwise you really roll on the content and miss on the tension effect the DLC try to bring. But i have to say i'm truly disappointed by the lack of new endings and true zone alteration. I get that it's a simple midgame expansion and it never aimed to change the whole zone, but when you look at the macro-level philosophy of Duty and Freedom, their victory in a major conflict should logically alter the geopolitical, economical and ecological fate of the entire Zone, not just a single region. If we look at them : Duty isn't just about security like the Ward, they are an existential military force aiming for the absolute eradication of the Zone. A true Duty ending would mean launching a massive, scorched-earth campaign to seal or destroy the Noosphere connection entirely, rendering the base game's standard endings obsolete. Freedom view the Zone as a miracle of nature to be shared because it can sometime produce amazing good, ignoring that anomalies, mutants, and the Oasis itself are byproduct experiments of human hubris (the C-Consciousness and global scientists) and that it took countless pain and torture to achieve a few good experiment. A true Freedom victory would mean tearing down the Perimeter entirely, letting the Zone's influence bleed out into the world to gamble on alter it positively That's two endings that we should definitly have, because those factions are important and most of all, competent. The only reason Ward was able to put them in chain was because they were broken from infightings, wars between the two groups, and the different expeditions to the center of the zone in the first games. Lore wise, they are actually extremely competent stalkers, with proper military skills (even freedom), so equivalent to Ward and i'd even say more, because they are stalkers like high loners with experience as well. They are closer to Monolith in their fighting and tactical capacities which is a whole lot above the Ward. If they wanted, just like Scar can halt the progress and even ruin the ward plans, Freedom or Duty would be just as capable and clearly much more since they are a larger group. So it makes no sense after winning in CNPP they would back down to let Ward or Scar control the ending of the zone. In fact, if not for those two new endings, only the Strelok or Doctor ending would make sense after you help Freedom or Duty because you could convince the leader which become your friend that your ideology might be better for the zone (and even then, Duty would seem difficult to convince). I'll simply remember it like this : Gameplay wise the DLC is amazing, but lorewise it actually impact nothing and you really feel this problem when you continue to play after finishing it. It's like the group that took control of the hardest and most challenging part of the zone disappeared, and it takes you out of the story, even more if you like the two groups... Maybe the futur DLC could help with that.
The story here is very good and I really enjoyed the new places you can visit. But there were some very annoying parts (some platforming jumps) and enemies (the flare anomaly and amok enemies), but besides that a very good first (and hopefully not the last) DLC.
A visually stunning masterclass in level, environment, and sound design.
