Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I bought it because I didn't have the money when the original trials of mana was published. I wanted to give my old child me the privilege of playing an updated version. It turns out it doesn't have the charm of the original: while the graphics, presentation and sound design is good, it's not near the quality of the snes original. Childhood traumas aside, gameplay is good, class system is good, graphics are good and story is weak. EDIT: Grammar.
Recommended: purchase on discount. I've completed the game three times and obtained 100% of the achievements in 62 hours. The game is short. Overall: 7/10 Just finished my 3rd playthrough. Yes, you need to playthrough 3 times for 100% achievements. 10/10 The story is good and flows well but the added content after completing the main game feels a little forced. it still works. 10/10 Gamepley is great. There's so much variety with the ability to vanquish foes with style. Not like a fighting game but in the fantasy sense. You can also mix and match light and dark giving different moves based on your light, and/or, dark choices. Battles do feel somewhat cramped especially when the are more than 3 monsters in the battle "area". 3/10 Sound and Voice Acting... The sound is great. A lot of nostalgia for those that played the original Secret of Mana. However, the voice acting would probably have been better if they used the "text to speech" from Microsoft. Some of the characters did get a decent voice actor but many.... oooph. After my second playthrough, I turn to voice volume slider (found in the Options Menu) ALL the way down. Third playthrough was better. 8/10 Controls were ok. I tried using the mouse and keyboard but it felt awkward so I switched to my Xbox controller. Using the controller felt more natural but that's just my opinion. I've been gaming for over 40 years and kb/m almost always feels awkward but I was one that always preferred until recently. 10/10 You won't find a shortage of difficulty. The game starts you three difficulty levels to choose from and two more once you unlock NG+. The hardest of the five difficulties almost seems unfair.... almost. I kind of miss the weapon swapping that existed in the original game but the way equipment is handle here feels right at home in a RPG. I think I would be ok with either. Wouldn't it be nice if we were given the option to choose one or the other (swapping mana weapons or, as it exists, each character has their own set).

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 19: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.78/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The OG Dragon's Dogma gets a remake that stands up there with Dragon's Dogma.
Subject: Resolution and Scaling Issue - Trials of Mana (Steam) Message: Hello Square Enix Support Team, I am writing to report a technical issue regarding the screen scaling and resolution in "Trials of Mana" on the Steam platform. Issue Description: The game is experiencing a scaling error where the image does not fit correctly on my monitor. The resolution seems forced or misaligned, making it difficult to play without changing my physical monitor settings. System Information: Platform: Steam (PC) Operating System: Windows [insira sua versão, ex: 10 ou 11] Monitor Native Resolution: [insira a resolução do seu monitor, ex: 1920x1080] Steps Taken: I have already tried adjusting the High DPI settings in the .exe compatibility properties and forcing resolution via Steam launch options, but the scaling issue persists in full-screen mode. Expected Result: The game should automatically detect the monitor's native resolution and scale the UI and 3D graphics correctly to fill the screen. Actual Result: The game displays with incorrect scaling/offset, cutting off parts of the screen or appearing blurry. Please let me know if there is a specific patch or configuration to fix this for modern monitors. Thank you for your assistance
Tried it several times, but couldn't get into it. Characters are forgettable, combat is simplistic, story is not worth mentioning, soundtrack gets annoying after minutes. Insane backtracking, and enemies seem to respawn every two minutes, so you have to fight the same enemies in the same spots several times back to back because some quests make you run from A to B to A to B three times in a row. There is a character named "Von Boyage", which actually made me chuckle. Was the most memorable part of the game for me. I'm sure hardcore fans or nostalgic enjoyers will have a great time. I like JRPGs but this one is just too bland for me.
TL;DR: Better than FFVII Remake and FFXVI in terms of keeping the pace and me invested. 8/10 Buy on Sale. This is a 20-25 hour game. 30-35 if you are going for all Achievements. The good: -Gameplay, fast paced action around every corner. A good blend between JRPGs and "stylish action games". -Character classes, Fun classes with a lot of build versatility. -Soundtrack is fitting, even the original OST is pleasant to listen to. -The story, A lot is skippable and ignorable, plus it diverges at 2/3 of the way through, opening different final dungeons and bosses, depending on your main character pick. -The Balancing, its well balanced, there were a hand full of encounters that gave me problems on "hard". The bad: -The Story again, If you decide to sith through the cutscenes. It does not help, that the characters are badly written and act like literal idiots. (Riesz Prologue anyone?) -Characters range from bland, one-dimensional, to incredibly annoying (Kevin and Charlotte) -Combat Camera can be a tad on the off-side during crucial moments. The Ugly: -Switching locked-on targets is jank hands down, didn't work properly once. -Charlotte again for her incessant whining and shouting. The second to last boss fight of her route was pure torture for my ears. So all in all a very good game, apparently true to the original.
