Kidnapped and taken to an unfamiliar location, nine people find themselves forced to participate in a diabolical Nonary Game by an enigmatic mastermind called Zero. Why were they there? Why were they chosen to put their lives on the line? And more importantly, who can be trusted?

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.43/day in the week to Sep 4 → 2.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is sooooooooo good
Ambos os jogos são muito bons. Admito que no começo não são tão legais, mas você vai desenvolvendo um gosto pelo jogo cada vez maior.
This game was released more than a decade ago. But I thoroughly enjoyed the story. The puzzles are not too difficult but you might get stumped if you neglect to check everything. If you like novels this is an excellent game. All I'll say without spoiling is that you'll get your answers at the end, at least for the first game. Second game ties into the third and. Please play in chronological order for the best experience.

clover :)) yay
VLR crashes all the time. This seems to be a Proton issue. If you're on a Steam Deck or Steam Machine, I would avoid this version.
快用你无敌的16进制想想办法啊!
I had this game on Xbox back in the day, and it has to be one of my favorite games of all time! The story is fantastic and I definitely advise playing it! The game requires you to use you're head and solve puzzles. It also has multiple endings! If you like games like this, I definitely suggest it!!!
All of it.
Both games fully playable on Steam Deck. I used the most recent ProtonGE as of writing this. 999 works pretty much out of the box after switching to GE, but VLR crashes unless you switch to OpenGL in the launcher, which can only be done in desktop mode. Good escape room/puzzle mystery visual novels. Puzzles in 999 are pretty simple but there's a good increase in quality for VLR. The story itself is good across both games, but I'd recommend using an ending guide for 999 since you can spoil some of the reveals depending on which endings you get. VLR expands on 999 a lot and has a longer story but with more padding and parts that drag. For 999 I recommend playing in NVL mode to not miss out on narration, but it comes down to preference. Flowcharts are present in both games, as well as voice acting. If you like these games the final game in the trilogy, Zero Time Dilemma, is also on Steam.
CHI HA SOFFERTO DI PIÙ GESÙ SULLA CROCE O IO CHE HO VOLUTO SBLOCCARE TUTTI I FINALI E LEGGERMI TUTTO IL TRUE ENDING lunghissimo mi ha spappolato il fegato bel giochino però santa miglior personaggio
