Trials of Mana is a modern revival of the 3rd game in the seminal Mana series. The game, originally released in Japan as Seiken Densetsu 3, has been fully rebuilt from the ground up in 3D.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
A lazy sequel.
Just like the good old SNES game :) The nostalgia is all the money worth

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 19: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.78/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

As someone who has played the original Seiken Densetsu 3 I can say that this is a really good remake. The fact its voiced is also great because it helps set the tone. Some of the translation is a bit off compared to the original's fan translation but its pretty good overall. The thing I really love about the game is that there are three main big bads depending on who you pick as your main character. The class change system is also great in this remake since it isn't broken like the original. Hawke can finally be useful as a ninja and Rieze can actually debuff instead of just being dps. For those that want a great rpg to tie them over and have interest in the Mana series then i highly recommend this game. Defnitely has replay value too if you want to see the different events with each big bad and characters.
A rare good remake. I did a full play-through including the post-game with Riesz, Angela, and Hawkeye and had fun through all of it. The combat is a blast; fast-paced and the fast class progression keeps it fresh. The story is pretty simple and most people seem to not care for it, but I found it charming. The old-school game design is refreshing in a world where new RPGs feel the need to be bloated with unnecessary features.
I never played the original, but I really enjoyed this! The fighting is fast and fluid, and everything just makes sense in the game. You can fine tune your character's abilities to fit your play style perfectly. My friend got me to start playing this game by saying "oh I thought you liked games with a lot of loot"....lol that was all it took. There are treasure chests and glowing items EVERYWHERE to pick up! There is always something to keep you focused, and the game didn't even take long to beat....maybe about 20-24 hours. I'm on my third play through now to finish getting all the achievements. Very enjoyable JRPG, and I like how all the character stories came together. This one game has caused me to look into all of the Mana games now!
