Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Latest in each market: best CN #86, worst KR #87 · 2 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.71/day in the week to Aug 16 → 11.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Total War: Three Kingdoms is one of the best Total War games I’ve played. The setting is awesome, the characters actually feel important, and the diplomacy system is way better than in a lot of older Total War titles. Every campaign feels like you’re building your own story, whether you’re uniting China through war, alliances, betrayal, or careful politics. The battles are fun, the campaign map is beautiful, and the faction leaders all have enough personality to make replaying worth it. I especially like how generals and relationships matter instead of just being random units on the map. It’s not perfect, but the overall experience is extremely solid. If you like strategy games, historical settings, or just want a Total War game with strong campaign depth, Three Kingdoms is absolutely worth playing. Recommended.
I'm not recommending against this game because its bad. I quite like the game. However, you shouldnt spend money on this game. It's unfinished and abandoned. I mean literally unfinished too. Only two of the three "Three Kingdoms" got their mechanics expanded before CA abandoned development, which is a shame because TK is my favorite TW game. The diplomacy is is very well done, armies feel satisfying to build and command, and the commandery system is pretty good as well. If you can get this game on a steep discount, I'd say go for it. Otherwise, dont bother. Its an unfinished and abandoned game.
My favorite Total War, the best in my opinion and has the most complete experience from beginning to end. The main base campaign has everything you want from a strategy game. Interesting choices, robust economy and civil management, multiple viable strategies, great battles and the best diplomacy in the total war franchise period. Moreover the campaign's arc is always able to hit the right note from the beginning with everyone starting out to the climax as the game consolidates to the titular three kingdoms. It even bows out at the right time as well making every victory earned and every campaign a satisfyingly experience. It is also highly replayable as well with each faction bringing new mechanics, playstyles and incentives that makes drastically different experiences. Comparing Cao Cao and Dong Zhou's campaign is like night and day! Moreover a lot of core mechanics sell the time period and era so well, makes the player feel like they are in the 14th century epic remaking China to his will. Innovative and complete, this game is a no brainer recommendation from me.
One of the best launches of a Total War game, and then CA killed it because 1 DLC, of an era people didn't care about and when all of the romance characters you knew and loved were all dead and gone, didn't sell well enough. Shame.
