Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance is not just a game; it's an adrenaline-fueled journey where your strategic prowess decides the fate of mankind against the machines. After the machines took over, the greatest threats may not come from the machines but rather from other human survivors.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The only good thing about this franchise, that's not the first or second Movie
one of the best games i played in a while
As a long time RTS enjoyer going in without expectations, I really enjoyed Terminator: Dark Fate - Defiance. After only playing the demo and seeing how visceral the combat was, I decided to check out the full game, and was not disappointed. You must be very intential with how you build your army, equip weapons and loadouts, balance army supply with goodwill (upgrade and unit hiring currency) and approach combat situations. I found the missions themselves challenging on normal difficulty with every decision of which units to bring and where to position/garrison them having an impact. The story was quite engaging too, with fleshed out characters that make reappearances in suprising ways and decisions that impact the story and mission progress. Aside from some slight jank with unit pathing and unit selection at times, this was honestly some of the most fun I've had in a single player RTS campaign in a while. May consider grabbing the DLCs as well. 8.5/10
good
one of my favrite rts games i played in a while its hard as hell but really fun and i enjoyed my time with it the soundtrack is really good as well with survivalist being the best in my humble opinion
it's playable, the AI really really sucks probably the worse i seen so far. thumbs up only because game play, but this may change later to thumbs down.
Terminator: Dark Fate - Defiance is easily one of the most intense and rewarding RTS games I've played in a long time. It delivers massive, chaotic battles while still demanding careful tactical planning. Every unit matters, every decision has weight, and a single mistake can quickly spiral into disaster. What really stands out is the battlefield itself. Positioning, cover, line of sight, and resource management are all critical. Victory doesn't come from simply overwhelming the enemy; it comes from smart decisions, adapting under pressure, and knowing when to commit your forces. The combat feels brutal, realistic, and incredibly satisfying. The atmosphere is phenomenal. Fighting against an enemy that relentlessly advances without fear or hesitation creates a constant sense of tension. Every engagement feels desperate, and every victory feels hard-earned. The game captures that grim, post-apocalyptic struggle perfectly. The base campaign is excellent, and both We Are Legion and Uprising add a lot of value. We Are Legion is especially fun, giving you the chance to command Legion directly and experience the war from the machines' perspective. Uprising brings plenty of new content, challenges, and replayability, making an already great game even better. That said, it does feel like a missed opportunity that Uprising doesn't allow you to play as Legion and expand across the map in the same way. Given how enjoyable commanding Legion is in We Are Legion, having that option in Uprising would have added even more depth and replayability. Hopefully, that's something we might see in the future. The persistent army system remains one of the game's greatest strengths. Watching your forces evolve over time while struggling to keep veteran units alive makes every battle feel personal. Losses hurt, victories matter, and your decisions leave a lasting impact. If you enjoy strategy games that reward tactical thinking, adaptability, and careful unit management, Terminator: Dark Fate - Defiance is an absolute must-play. Even with a few missed opportunities, it's one of the best RTS experiences available today.
