FULL METAL COFFIN

good game for groups of friends, some stability issues, loud torpedo building sound. 10/10 would recommend 100%, hell give it a game of the year award, cus i know it is in my book.

Small game, small price, large recommendation

Fun game with friends for the price. Would benefit greatly from a few more missions or an endless mode, but for only $5 what you get is worth it. Only two comments against are minor- Build sound for torpedoes is super annoying, as everyone else has already said. No indication you could expand or shrink the sonar arc on the actual sonar panel, my group only found out because someone checked the controls menu.

I'd throw a mixed rating at this current moment. The game itself is fun, but currently very short, Me and friend finished everything in about 2 hours. I'd say it's more of a demo at the moment, and I am generally surprised this wasn't released in early access. What you can expect content-wise: - 1 Enemy Type - 1 Submarine Type to control - 3 Wave Survival Missions - 3 Torpedo Types - Barotrauma crossed with scanner sombre style sonar - Torpedo crafting (hold left click) - Torpedo loading and storing What you can expect bug-wise (stability patch 2): - The lobby system, that's basically the entire problem with this game at the moment, we each got about 6 crashes each just trying to start the game. We also got stuck on 'connecting' once or twice. I was literally about to refund the game as I wasn't interested in playing it single player, but after giving it one more go we finally made the lobby. Design decisions - Passive sonar can go through walls, this helps locating where the enemies could be hiding but also it kinda hampers it's usefulness/fun factor. What I specifically didn't like: - The maps were either too large, or too small. The smaller maps also had the AI struggle a lot to get out of small gaps. What I'd like to see: - Damage control - Enemy variety - Objective variety - More defensive options for enemies and player submarines - More missions - More weapons to fight with/defend against All in all I think this is a great game, and a good way to spend couple of hours provided you are happy with current content offering, that being said the developers are working on more content so it potentially is only up from here!

GAME OF THE YEAR! This game was damn well amazing once you figure it out. Best played with a full 4 people but can definitely be done with 3. Only thing ill say is that the steering of the sub is a bit weird and wonky to me but my buddies have it down so i guess that's a me issue. Would love to see in the near future if there was upgrades that you can get from the scrap, different subs and more from the community. W game dev
