Before the mansion, before the destruction of Raccoon City, there was Resident Evil 0. Now remastered with improved visuals and sounds, as well as the all-new Wesker Mode, there's never been a better time to experience the origins of the Resident Evil story.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.57/day in the week to Sep 7 → 9.57/day in the week after.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 13: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 9.38/day in the week to Jul 21 → 11.4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is great and so is Rebecca Chambers. Do not skip this one especially if you're particular for fixed camera RE games.
I'm Rebecca
Audio gets very desynced in some cutscenes by about 5-10 seconds. Weird performance issues, especially when you get to the research facility. With FPS uncapped i only get about 105 fps and when its capped to 60 i only get about 40 fps. No matter what the game always stutters every 2-3 seconds or whenever the camera changes angle, i mainly noticed this when i got to the research facility. Ive tried a bunch of different vsync and fps cap configurations but cant fix any of it. Game seems cool otherwise with very nice graphics but this performance is very weird especially after i had zero issues with the re1 remake
Right after another idiot video game reviewer mentioned Resident Evil franchise completely unprompted i said to myself "THAT'S IT FINE I'LL PLAY IT!!!!" and so i started with Zero because why not, right? And so it turns out the games are good and i love the pacing i love the inventory system i just love how earnest and normal it is not sure what i was expecting (however i bet this game is considered mid or something by the fans like i don't even need to look up any discourse)
Yeah... it's not a bad game. But man... that old style POV from the first RE games gives me headaches. It's a fun experience, nice to be here to see the real real begginings of the story. Rebecca and Billy are fun protagonists, and I got some real scares, BUT OH MY GOD, the Human Leeches are harder to beat than the bosses. Some experiences are quite frustrating too. Good game... wouldn't play it again.

Kinda mid but wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. I was blessed with a relatively smooth first playthrough. I can see why some people would like it despite its flaws.
