its a good game but the community is horrible you got pepole who complain to much staff who do nothing but sit on their butts then they belive everything they hear i got removed from it due to rumors that were falseified ig its a good time to get a lawyer than any other
a lot of issues that got highlighted in early access did not get fixed, they are making progress but it still isn't ready to be a fully released game yet, as others say, look into railroader before you buy this and be aware, there are bugs and it is quite clunky

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's been awhile since the full release but it's still very much an early access game, they have fixed a few things along the way but for me this game has become totally unplayable. When pulling long trains the cars will detach themselves and the pusher locomotive in the rear is still moving and will eventually run into you scattering the cars everywhere, quite honestly I am tired of re-railing all the cars and can time consuming to do so. I thought it was an issue with the map so I switched to another and it looked promising at first but I went the wrong way at first and drove past a switch, once cleared I switched it to the other direction and put it into reverse but then as I got over it started derailing everything. I tried removing the switch and the rails that attached to it, rebuilt everything with no change, this was the Mesa map with the pre-laid option. I have almost 300 hrs into this game and right now I cannot recommend it at least not in it's current state.
No sandbox mode, no signals, no mod support... Not worth it...
I've played this game for some hours now.. And i've just uninstalled it today!... I've been patiently waiting for improvement but given the fact that this game is the most unfinished mess to ever get released in a 1.0 state just blows my mind.. trains jitter when driving (you can even see it in the first 3 seconds of the trailer) and its giving you headaches.. driving is litereally staring at your screen, controls are made for a 3 year old toddler and the driving is still limited to 30mph because the tracks are connected so janky that you crash every time you go over a very very small bump.. realism left the chat 2 years ago and especially driving hasn't improved since.. Text fonts are sticking in the air and you can see behind them and the dev team has zero interests in trains but a lot of interests in earning a lot of money with less work... my hopes are done.. waiting for COS at this point.. oh and i dont want to say the team is incompetent or anything, they just focus the wrong things and have no idea what future has to bring to be an improvement, there has been many people saying what is wrong with the game and what should be better but they still managed to do everything else instead.. looks good, feels terrible! anyways.. cheers
I bought it dispite the drama to see what an unbiased look would be. There's really nothing special here. It's a buggy mess with 2000s graphics with little to nothing to do for an adults entertainment. Derail valley is a better option if you want more thinking game play vs setting a speed and changing switches via the map. It's not a good experience and as a new player it kept my attention for the " training " but dropped off immediately once I realized I was not given enough money to buy a car and a engine to hull cargo thus breaking the game on any map bigger then 16km2! Do better the drama is right! This game is not good!
Not for me.
Very buggy and does not run well in multiplayer.... as the name implies it would. For instance, I'm convinced that the game de-spawns tracks after you lay them and then re-lay them once you come near. Why do I think this? Because I used the same track at least 5 times and then the 6th time it had a random hump in it and my train derailed. Stuff like this was rampant in the game. Additionally, my volume sliders sometimes would not work for in-game sounds. 3/10 ... Refunded
THIS GAME IS ABANDONED! DO NOT EXPECT UPDATES! (very buggy)
Really glad I didnt pay full price for this game, It is unfinished in its state they rushed this game Out of EA so they could stop caring about it reality of it was better when it was in EA now its just a game that I wish I just didnt waste my money on, Its just a sad state of game devs and it really gives indie devs a bad wrap for not finishing a game.
