Does not function at all on Windows 11. I spent half an hour trying to fix it with mods but it still will not launch. Non functional game that should be removed from Steam until EA actually fixes it.

Vanilla, pound for pound without any mods this is still the best true city builder to date. With that said the game has a huge modding community and even then, it still might be the best city builder. I have hundreds of hours in the game off of steam. However, the game runs sub 1080p out of the box. Easy fix. Right click the game in steam and click on properties. Where you see “Launch Options” copy and paste this line: -CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1080x32 Bam there you go. If youre inclined to run it above 1080, just change the resolution numbers. Youll have to download a mod to fix the tiny UI though.

Também esse foi o jogo que eu mais joguei enquanto estava lutando contra a depressão e talvez tenha me impedido de ter cometido s****. 10/10 recomendo pacas se você gosta desse tipo de jogo.

Great game, and runs well if you do the following: If you're having trouble with crashes: close the game, and copy this line (including the dash): -CPUCount:1 Then right click on the game in your library, click "properties" and in the window that pops up paste it into the box under where it says "launch options". Since doing this I've yet to experience a single crash. This is a common issue and one I experienced myself. You can also use this same box to set the game's resolution to widescreen by adding this as well, though this is unrelated to the crashes: -CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1080x32 Make sure there's a space between each command.

No hand-holding past the optional tutorials, along with optional advisors on your side + Has charm, humor and lots of space to build a large array of different buildings and utilities + Great soundtrack + Decent visuals. Aged well too + You can manually drive/fly around your city in vehicles, and even talk to Sims via mic + No modern or scummy sales tactics + No unnecessarily high graphic fidelity and budget restraints on the size of your maps and city + Does not require EA app, account or always-online connectivity Cons: - No hd resolution settings - Will crash every so often, even on high end hardware. Save often Note: Add the following to your game's launch options in its properties: -intro:off -CPUCount:1 -CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1080x32 The first skips the loud intro, the second stops crashes, the third and fourth allow custom resolution (change the forth to your own resolution.
