Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 14 → 5.33/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Phantom Brigade is a cinematic, tactical mech strategy game with an innovative timeline-based command system. See the future, predict enemy actions, and plot your counterattack on the timeline! Recruit and level up your squad of rebels to retake war-torn Fyrland from the Kaskad occupation.
Cinematic spin on the turn-based genre – Predict enemy movements, orchestrate precisely timed countermeasures, and hit “execute” to watch the physics-based action unfold in real time.
Extensive customization – Featuring a rich customization system, Phantom Brigade enables you to fine-tune the performance of your mechs, install a wide selection of equipment, and access a wealth of cosmetic options. Prepare your squad for any challenge - in style.
An expansive arsenal – Railguns, beam weapons, missiles, energy swords, and more! Rain destruction down upon your homeland’s invaders with weaponry salvaged from each enemy mech you defeat.
Strategic tactical combat – Make high-level tactical decisions on the world map, manage your mobile base, and decide how to apply your limited resources. Take command of your squad in varied missions ranging from sabotage of enemy equipment and convoy ambushes to liberation battles and challenging outpost onslaughts.
Destructible environments – It's not a proper game about giant mechs without destructible buildings! Phantom Brigade allows every square meter of each battle map to be destroyed. Shatter your enemy’s cover and collapse buildings on top of them!

Very fun sort of turn based game. You assign actions to your mechs with the benefit of being able to see what the enemy is going to do (most of the time), and then execute your actions and watch the action play out. Anyone who likes X-Com, Battletech, Tactical Breach Wizards, is going to enjoy the combat a lot. There's quite a deep customization and crafting system as well. The overland map campaign is pretty neat too but I can see that missions (especially the randomly generated ones) will get repetitive after a while. Also the game lacks something of a unique aesthetic, actual characters (like Battletech had), and the story is a very generic "liberate your homeland" kind of thing.
the game is a litle bit rough around the edges but the game is pretty fun and i would advise dowloading the mod for 6 mechs and play on hard

Really good game, ascetics, gameplay and options. You like mechs and planning? this is your game.
I watched a friend play this for a while when it first came out and each mission felt like it took forever so i avoided it. 2.0 came out and watched a different friend play it and it felt so good. Bough and very much still enjoying it. Can't wait to finish the game so I can try it modded.
Amazing game.
Great game! Definitely under-rated and passed over. Takes a bit to get you used to control, but once you do its a lot of fun. Recommend enabling combat saves in options and then saving at the start of each round for awhile until you get the hang of it. Final Rating: Great fun, Would buy for a friend, and Hope for DLC!
I'd say it's pretty good. If you are vaguely interested in how it looks it's probably worth buying. Generally the battles look good (especially with the experimental full replay) and there are a lot of customisability in terms of gameplay. The negative is that it can get a bit repetitive and some of the balance decisions are a bit wacky (especially on hard mode). Since you have a lot of meaningful choices, it can be quite fiddly if you try to play optimally, but some of the risk reward choices are nice. All the choices which all do have consequences can be a bit stressful.
For everyone who liked X-Com Enemy Unknown: This is the fix you are searching for, without it just being a copy of the formula. The "plan turn and execute"-style of this game makes for very cinematic scenes, while still providing lots of depth and complex tactics.
This is a game that has a creative concept that is implemented well, I hope they make another game with this type of system. You plan out every 5 seconds of gameplay and get an idea of what the enemy going to do. If you plan out your turn well some of your units seem like they are mech ninjas or commandos running circles around enemies. If you mess up they run into each other and stunlock themselves. Definitely worth a try especially if something like x-com is fun but the slow pace of the turn based combat gets old. Along with the combat it has all the squad and equipment customization and basebuilding that games like phoenix point or xcom have. That aspect is close enough to other games that it works well, but isn't anything too new there, and that isn't a bad thing. I have only played after 2.0 version, and so far its great after about 11 hours of gameplay.
