Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Aug 24 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Good Zelda-like that has aged well overall, it would honestly only need a few simple modernizations to not feel dated at all, such as removing the text boxes that pop up even when you've already collected an item before, and slightly better brush recognition, but nothing major. If you enjoy its inspiration, you are extremely likely to enjoy this game too. The early game is a bit of a slog, particularly because of out of place unfunny horniness (Japanese trademark I suppose) and some characters' seemingly unwarranted antagonism towards you, but it does get better after that if you can ignore those minor annoyances. Despite some content being taken 1:1 from Nintendo, it does a decent job distinguishing itself thanks to the unique gameplay mechanics and the recognizable inky art style. Speaking of content, there's definitely a solid amount of it, the game keeps giving and I wouldn't say any particular spot is of notably lower quality than the others. My favourite part was finding the various treasures and side content around the world, the menus do a good job of helping you keep track of most things so you don't get too overwhelmed, it's also where the game's mechanics shine the most, as the main story is pretty straightforward and isn't particularly challenging, in fact I didn't game over a single time in the entire game. The thing that disappointed me the most, on the contrary, is how many unlockables boil down to the same thing, that being drawing a line from whatever element directly to its target, being able to use the various techniques whenever you want definitely feels a lot better as I was never a fan of mechanics that could only be utilized when the game explicitly lets you. There is no post game, as new game plus doesn't really offer any differences and after beating the final boss, you don't really get to play more; this creates that awkward moment where you have to ignore all the tension in the story and the music to go fetch all your items and complete all the quests, willing to gloss over this because there's enough content as-is, but I'd still definitely prefer it if they let you bask in the glory of your final accomplishments a bit more instead of immediately closing up. All the environments are fun to explore as they're varied, the music is very solid and does a good job keeping you company throughout the entire game. The combat is fun and can get quite hectic later on, it's still not particularly difficult, but it'll keep your attention in check. If you wish to get all Steam achievements, note that 2 are missable, if you'd like to avoid that, either use the large amount of save slots available, or save right before
heading into the sunken ship
and make sure to clear out every enemy in
the emperor's bedroom
as one of the enemies there is necessary to fill out the bestiary but is only encountered there, which can't be revisited. Very charming game, worth your time.

my sibling owns like 7 copies of this game and honestly I would too if things were different
My family owns the disc version of this game for PS4. I found out only two days ago that there is a Game+ version of Okami. So excited to have more to explore! Anyways, the visuals of the game are gorgeous, as you can probably tell. And the game mechanics themselves are every easy to learn.
