The world is a vast, beautiful and dangerous place – especially when you have been shrunk to the size of an ant. Can you thrive alongside the hordes of giant insects, fighting to survive the perils of the backyard?
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 9.86/day in the week to Sep 1 → 20.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Xbox, Nintendo publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

fun

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

i think were grounded
打不开
I had Grounded in my queue to play for the longest time, good reviews but the whole 'honey I shrunk the kids thing' didn't really appeal (it still doesn't), and I had played Smalland already which seemed very similar... but I can 100% confirm its a game any survival fan needs to play. There are very few fully formed Survival games on the market, many are stuck in early access.. but this one has clearly had many iterations of improvement, and its 95% a fully fleshed out top title game.. all the menus and the crafting and the quality of life, variety of weapons, the world.. its all quality. Game Difficulty:

Perfect Parry/Block: One criticism (for my skill level) is that the game leans heavily into that perfect parry/block mechanic that so many games do now.. and if you are really good at that.. the game is almost trivialised, bosses become 'easy', but if you cant.. the game becomes really very difficult.. and I fall into that latter camp.. however.. if you don't mind giving up some achievements.. you can adjust the game difficulty in many ways which saves the game for sure.. I changed so many things, including monster health down to a 0.25x multiplier (so they hit for 100% damage but have 25% health).. stamina use off.. keep backpack on death (can die to teleport home), no fall deaths, etc etc.. and I still found the game super challenging.. so the fact I could change settings opened the game to me where I probably would have given up otherwise.. death runs for bags are never fun if you are dieing regularly, and the bosses are tough too..
New Game+: The other great thing is you can genuinely play this game 'until you have had enough', I am currently on New Game+ Level 5 (NG+5), that means its my 6th run through the game, every run becomes increasingly harder, but there is new loot and upgrades that makes it rewarding to do it again.. I love that.. also.. you keep all your builds/base/everything, so you keep most of your work in place....i.e. if you built some stairacase to a rare item.. its still there next time.. this is essential.
The only major annoyances: (small in the grand scheme of things but still)

Torch Lighting: You need a spare hand for a torch, but almost all of the weapons (and harvesting tools) in the game are 2-Handed.. its awful.. you are in tunnels swinging an axe in the dark or trying to mine in the dark.. should have been a separate slot or a torch trinket.. anything to make 2H weapons feel worth using. You also cant change weapons to a 2H item (bow or axe or hammer etc) when your inventory is full which can be hectic in battle...
Mazes: Every Lab is a Maze.. I had to spend so much time watching youtube videos.. even on my 5th run through I still get lost and need dumb luck to find the right location in the right order.
Parkour: There is a lot of Parkour.. I dont mind a little but every play through you need to find most of the molars for your stat boosts, luckily in most cases you can build stairs to make it easier next time.. but its a little heavy for my likings.
NG+ Mats: New Game+ I do love, and I think they ran out of time to finesse this, but would have loved some way to craft better trinkets or refund materials from weapons/armour I don't want to keep using.. but again small things.. overall its enough content to pull you through to NG+4 for the highest tier weapons.. love it.
So TL;DR, 100% Grounded is a need to play survival game for fans of the genre even if its an older title.. Grounded 2 can wait a year or 2 to be finished before looking into the sequel, no need to skip this one...
