Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

First, this actually runs fairly hard, but doesn't really change the graphics much from the PS2 version. It looks like they upscaled the textures, probably added some post processing effects like SSAO or something. Honestly I go back and forth on whether the style of the warmer remaster or the original PS2 version with cooler and grittier static lighting looks better, because while the new lighting is definitely a little more complex, it does also change the style and doesn't affect every scene in equal ways. But whatever, it's a game from like 2005 or 2006, the graphics aren't a deal-breaker either way. Especially since FF12 has always looked good and still does IMO. The real point of a remaster is to run it at modern framerates and resolutions on modern systems, right? Wrong! Because this remaster is so buggy. The game goes into slow motion if you cap the framerate, and fast forwards if you uncap it. You need a framerate that's not too low or too high; a goldilocks framerate, which is sort of a waste if you either have low-end hardware like a Steam Deck or a very high-end monitor with your desktop PC because you won't be able to use the refresh rate. It doesn't support any aspect ratio except 16:9, meaning it doesn't fit ultrawide monitors like my $1000 LG Ultragear OLED, or the Steam Deck. Speaking of the Steam Deck, it won't launch at resolutions lower than 1600x900 despite being VERIFIED for the Steam Deck, it'll blackscreen instead. How can a game that doesn't even launch at the Steam Deck's resolution be VERIFIED for it? And of course there's the usual lack of graphical customization, so you're stuck with the blurriest TAA imaginable. You can run the PS2 game at like 10x its native resolution and get it super crisp, but this "remaster" you're stuck with blurry graphics. Imagine the level of weirdness we're dealing with where you can actually make the original PS2 game look clearer than the PC remaster. Smh. To add insult to injury, when they made this game 16:9 they made it vert- rather than hor+, just like back on the PS2, so you'll actually see less of each scene compared to the PS2 version unless you get a fan patch to fix the remaster. Well, at least you get all the content, right? Wrong AGAIN! The NIntendo Switch version of the remaster has a better New Game Plus than the PC version. My god this is so sloppy.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 2.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Peak FF. Period.
Joguem, vale muitíssimo a pena.
Honestly, if you love Final Fantasy, you should definitely pick this up. The story and characters really sucked me in, and I genuinely enjoyed them. Sure, the graphics look a bit dated now, but the game has a lot of heart and it's just one of those titles that is a blast to go back and replay every now and then.
- Modo Time Attack/Trial: O jogo suporta modos e desafios adicionais que aumentam a vida útil. Nota: 9/10.
The first time I played FFXII it felt like a 7/10 FF to me. The second time I played FFXII it felt like a 9/10. On my third playthrough I'm seriously considering whether or not this is my second favorite game in the entire franchise. That aside, this remaster is absolutely perfect, and the Zodiac job system takes a great game and makes it otherworldly good. Gambits are a weird concept at first glance, but once you start understanding how to code your party's AI, it becomes so addictive to tinker with, and hunts really drive that engagement in a really successful way. Story's great. Localization is light-years ahead of its time. Great great game and remaster and port.
one of my childhood top 10 games still holds strong to this day lots to do story is not bad and unlocks to get game can be 25 hours long or 200 up to how you play with the turn base game play getin a update you can fight mobs not as you run through levels
