F.E.A.R. 3 delivers all the hallmarks that define the F.E.A.R. brand: terrifying paranormal experience, frenetic combat and a dramatic storyline.

Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

It's honestly better than fear 2 in a lot of ways, but the reason I can't recommend either of them is because fear 1 was a true pc game that plays beautifully even 20 years later, both fear 2 and 3 are very obvious console games that play like any generic xbox 360 era shooter, everything that made the first one great is gone in both of them. The only reason to play through these is for the story, but even that is kinda questionable.
Play as Paxton Fettel and his brother. One is using psychic abilities another guns to solve problems. Horror is much more present. Lore is more explained about events that occur. Probably weakest in the series but still playable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Bad FEAR game, good horror shooter.

This game doesn't hold a candle to the original FEAR, but imo the coop and presentation elevate it above FEAR 2, which was lackluster other than the DLC. The game is short and completely unsubtle, but the possession mechanics and setpieces make it stand out. Considering it's regularly cheap as chips, it's worth a look if you have a friend to bring along. For $60 this was terrible value, but these days it's much easier to justify if you like camp, especially on sale.
I’d be crying if I looked like that too bruh that’s ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up what they be doing to y’all I ain’t even gone hold you bro I be saying that’s ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up like bro you probably had the full wash and set ya ♥♥♥♥ be fire prolly if they ain’t cut your ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ it tho bro it’s your life
A passable co-op experience, but not very fun as a single player game. Not scary and very repetitive. Sadly the final nail in the FEAR franchise coffin.
This is not a F.E.A.R. game. This is a game that you and your friends find in an arcade, play once, then go find the actual game you wanna play. The fact that buying this is the only way I could play the original F.E.A.R. makes it feel like a parasite that is holding the original hostage for ransom
