Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Sep 10 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

예전 RPG느낌이 많이 납니다. 패미컴 시절부터 RPG해오시던 분이면 거부감없이 플레이 할것 같네요..
Thank you for a proper game of Suikoden.
Eiyuden Chronicle does not quite approach the peak set by the series that inspired it, but it is a well-written, gorgeous looking game, with a lot to offer anyone who appreciates well polished, traditional JRPG experiences.

A Good Spiritual Successor, but It Has Not Hooked Me Yet When I first heard about Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, I was extremely excited because it was created by members of the original team behind Suikoden. I played Suikoden on the original PlayStation and absolutely loved its story, characters, and world. I have also owned Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes since the first day it was released. With that said, this is not Suikoden. The basic formula is very similar, especially with the large number of recruitable characters, the combat system, and the overall presentation. However, the story has missed the mark for me so far. For full disclosure, I have not beaten the game yet. I am more than 25 hours into it, but the story still has not fully captured my attention. I think I keep coming back because I am hoping it will eventually hook me the same way Suikoden did, but that moment has not happened yet. The graphics are beautiful, the music is good, and there are definitely things to appreciate. Unfortunately, I am just not invested in the story or characters yet. I am still glad that a game like this was made, especially for fans of classic turn-based RPGs, and I definitely think it is worth giving a try. However, if you are looking for a story that lives up to Suikoden I and Suikoden II, this is not it....at least not based on the first 25 plus hours.
遊戲的架構太舊了 對於現代的玩家來說顯得滿無聊的
Honestly? I'm roughly 16 or so hours into the game, but pretty far past many of the first major milestones, etc, and I can say I love this game. Sure, I think it takes a person who appreciates a good story driven JRPG to fully enjoy it, but I find this to be a mix between Chrono Cross and Suikoden (or Octopath Traveler) in all of the best ways...and honestly it's been addicting and stunning to me so far. There is *so* much to do and everything I've done seems to open up something else to do. I can see myself putting many hours into this game! If I *WERE* to have a complaint, I'd say yes, sometimes the cutscenes can be a bit close together when your anxious for some action, but again, as I have played many story driven RPGs, it just takes a little getting used to. Otherwise, the artwork and transitions are all amazing and what a stunning job will all of the voiceover work, especially with such an extensive and ellaborate cast of characters. Love it!
Eiyuden is another JPRG that follows the Suikoden pattern. The objective is to go through main campaign and defeat Duke Aldric while optionally collecting 100+ Heroes (not 100, 100+). You are going to see quite a number of similarities with Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom. Gameplay-wise, better with controlller. Conclusion, do try Eiyuden Chronicle. Generally, you get a feeling that the studio abandoned some parts and focused on others. It's like a car with a blown out tyre. You can still drive with 3 tyes but it's awkward. Compared to AAA companies like Squaresoft (Final Fantasy), the polish isn't there. It feels generic with a Red, Blue, Green hero.
PROS
1. Gimmicks I liked the battles with gimmicks. Others hate it. Gimmicks showed a little bit of extra effort to make the battle a bit more interesting e.g. Nerthus, the whack-a-mole battle with the ridiculous magical girl rocket hammer. 2. Boss Battles Not bad. 3. Moving Temple / Proving Grounds Loved it. Rotating puzzle made me pause and think. 4. The Look of the Stages Quite attractive but there are few coded interactions. 5. Forest Plants Shrinking When You Go Near Them I liked that one. 6. Support Characters Good use of the excess characters. Could have allowed for unlocking of more support slots.
CONS
1. Beigoma It's a copy of Beyblade. There is little or no gameplay. Just farm the better star beyblades/beigoma to win. The Beigoma questline for Reid is so repetitive. So hard to find Beigoma players as there is no distinctive look. Why didn't you just use the beigoma bowl as an indicator? Players would find the locations easier. You need a guide for this one. 2. Overworld Kind of empty. You would expect more peppering of roaming monsters, chests, secrets, hidden paths. 3. Combat Gameplay With 6 heroes, I think there are too many actions to take. Auto makes it faster but then what is the player doing? 4. Bad Design of Magic Tab What the heck is the magic tab for? 1 whole tab with so many sub-menus only for healing. This is bad design. At the very least, allow pre-combat buffs. 5. No Out-of-Combat / Pre-Combat Usage Why can't I store a buff on the hero before combat? This feels like a programmer messed with the team. Click on food buff, sees only the "Discard" option. Huh? 6. Rune Runeshards Runeshards come near the end of game. Why? 7. Runes Changing Confusing Structure. When you try to change Runes, they show the Runes for all the Heroes at once. It is a pain to sort. 8. Inventory/Bag System Poorly done. No filters for accessories/Runeshards. Yet, there's a filter for crafting materials in the bag. Why? Crafting materials are not even in the same bag. Did someone give confusing instructions to the programmer? 9. MP Mana Items are rare. This only affects long dungeon crawls. Why do this? On the Overworld, you can just stay at the Inn and heal full MP. 10. Empty Stages The assault on Duke Aldric's camp. WTF? An empty level. 11. Poorly Coded Stage Duke Aldric Enemy Defeated. Some programmer added in an additional condition for game end. Defeat Duke Aldric and move your troops to a specific tile in the endzone. This results in a scenario with all enemies dead and yet you can still move your troops. ???? 12. Lack of Combinatorics No combinations 13. Trade Shops Just used a guide to know where to buy and sell. It's not some dynamic thing. The prices fluctuate by a small percentage around a main buy/sell price. 14. Cooking Competition It sucks. There is almost no logic to it. Just choose 3 items, button mash and win. Collect more recipes to win? There's a hidden invincible chef that is beaten with a secret recipe from a sea cave. 15. Overworld - The Sand Sea Junk. Just a massive empty space with 2 fishing spots. 16. Lack of Interactions So odd. You would assume that one would easily spam hundreds of interactions all over the Overworld Map and in the cities. 17. Tactical Combat Needs improvement. 18. Fishing Needs improvement on the minigame. Nice fish textures. Fishing on the boat. 19. Farming / Milk / Hunting Decorative. Needs improvement. Deadzone in the castle. 20. Dead Zones Some places have no value after a point or some are just empty zones. 21. Inflation Creep Weapons, Items, Accessories, Armour, Potions. Once it gets better, the old stuff is tossed away. 22. Too Many Repeat Combat Heroes 80+ combat heroes. Too many non-unique. Just reduce down to 32.
NEUTRAL
1. Hero Gathering It is nearly impossible without a guide. B'Baba's predictions give useless hints. Yet, I could find most of them on my own. 2. Animations and 3D Modelling I think they put in a lot of effort into the look for the stages (anything with enemies). But the towns were poorly done. 3. The Tank I assumed we would steal it and drive it as a vehicle. I was wrong. 4. Card Game It's meh. Nothing special, yet nothing bad. The abilities are not wow. Ridiculously simple math and you can buy packs to get overpowered cards. There is little strategy and more about buying good cards. The logic is simple. It's like Capture the Flag / Smash Up / Gwent. 5. Fishing Incomplete. No fishing line. No game design. However, there are fish shadows that follow the bobble and simulate a real fish nipping at the hook. 6. Eggfoot Racing Just stat it to max and press X when the eggfoot comes close to an obstacle. Simple and boring. No gameplay design but the race track looks good. The art of the eggfoot is ugly. 7. Military Fight Okay but it's not amazing. Logically, it's just better to bunch up 3 armies and smash into the enemy. Oddly, you can only use a hero ability once. The meh feeling. The tank cannot be used as artillery. It's decorative. 8. Friendship Combos Takes an Action to use. I never got a chance to explore every single combo. Oddly wasted effort.
SUGGESTIONS
1. Use the Support Class Best way to solve the issue of too many heroes.
Great game.....
