Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.86/day in the week to Sep 10 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Loving this game, glad I backed it. Overall has just been a really positive experience.
Perry best girl
Got it in my humble bundle and what a gem it has turned out to be so far. I see some people clearly hate on it because they don't like JRPG's to begin with. Some are complaining about their back line mages getting wrecked, but that's most likely because they're ignorant of how to properly set up a team, draw aggro, use spells properly etc, as I have figured out how to keep my back line mages alive and dealing good damage. Would I say that its worth the full price tag, maybe not, but I would recommend it for sure if you can get it at 35% to 50% off. Or just grab this months Humble Bundle and get it along with some other decent games on the dirt cheap. I'm not far into it yet but If I do run into some things that drag it down later on, I'll revamp my review. Enjoy Gaming Forever.

Eiyuden Chronicle does not quite approach the peak set by the series that inspired it, but it is a well-written, gorgeous looking game, with a lot to offer anyone who appreciates well polished, traditional JRPG experiences.
A Good Spiritual Successor, but It Has Not Hooked Me Yet When I first heard about Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, I was extremely excited because it was created by members of the original team behind Suikoden. I played Suikoden on the original PlayStation and absolutely loved its story, characters, and world. I have also owned Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes since the first day it was released. With that said, this is not Suikoden. The basic formula is very similar, especially with the large number of recruitable characters, the combat system, and the overall presentation. However, the story has missed the mark for me so far. For full disclosure, I have not beaten the game yet. I am more than 25 hours into it, but the story still has not fully captured my attention. I think I keep coming back because I am hoping it will eventually hook me the same way Suikoden did, but that moment has not happened yet. The graphics are beautiful, the music is good, and there are definitely things to appreciate. Unfortunately, I am just not invested in the story or characters yet. I am still glad that a game like this was made, especially for fans of classic turn-based RPGs, and I definitely think it is worth giving a try. However, if you are looking for a story that lives up to Suikoden I and Suikoden II, this is not it....at least not based on the first 25 plus hours.
Honestly? I'm roughly 16 or so hours into the game, but pretty far past many of the first major milestones, etc, and I can say I love this game. Sure, I think it takes a person who appreciates a good story driven JRPG to fully enjoy it, but I find this to be a mix between Chrono Cross and Suikoden (or Octopath Traveler) in all of the best ways...and honestly it's been addicting and stunning to me so far. There is *so* much to do and everything I've done seems to open up something else to do. I can see myself putting many hours into this game! If I *WERE* to have a complaint, I'd say yes, sometimes the cutscenes can be a bit close together when your anxious for some action, but again, as I have played many story driven RPGs, it just takes a little getting used to. Otherwise, the artwork and transitions are all amazing and what a stunning job will all of the voiceover work, especially with such an extensive and ellaborate cast of characters. Love it!
遊戲的架構太舊了 對於現代的玩家來說顯得滿無聊的
整体还是20年前的游戏 故事还没以前1和2好
Great game.....
As a fan of Suikoden 2, I really wanted to like this. Graphically its fine. Voiceovers and background track are fine. Turn-based fight sequences are fine, and what you would expect from this genre. Keyboard controls are terrible. I couldn't even figure out how to exit. Though I really wanted to play, the game wouldn't allow it. Instead, I was forced to sit through mountains of excessive and unnecessary dialog. At first, it didn't seem so bad. The little scenes are not too long. Until you realize you'll encounter unskippable cutscenes literally every minute. Its like being forced to watch ads on a mobile game, except worse because I paid for the whole game already. What indicates to devs that modern JRPG players want excessive text crawls? How do these constant forced intermissions add any depth or enjoyment to the game? It plays like an annoying date that won't stop blowing up your phone. I'm surprised there isn't some dialog in there about extending your cars warranty. Absurd.
