no mouse controls. no graphics settings at all. still no crossplay which is the only thing i would have kept this for. got it for $7 on sale. still returning it. ill stick with 2k's pga game. this is just sad.
Excellent game. Excellent physics. For a game that is trying to recreate real golf, this is close. Yes I've been playing real life golf for 47 years now. Like any real golf, the putting is what's going to make or break your game. In real life, you can hit long drives all day on a course, but once that ball lands on the green, the real game kicks in; just like this game. Oh... I strongly recommend a controller for this. I never experienced a single crash. Not once. I have a two year old PC and no crashes. Only complaint is the character customization, but then who cares. I'm here for the golf not looking like myself in game. To those who are experiencing issues with their PC, trust me, it's a user error issue.

This game could have been so good, takes forever to play one round of golf, constantly loading up some ads about what tournament you are in. also you have no control over where you are shooting even though you nail the shot perfectly. It's just an AI game you are not playing EA Sport is playing for you. Sad to say game play is terrible, slight miss left or right and you go way left or way right and putting is horrible. You are on the fringe and you can't choose to use the putter and on the fairway you cant use the driver you are stuck playing the clubs you don't want.
I think this is one of the WORST "games" I have ever bought in my life... I could not even get 1 HOUR of gameplay in without requesting a refund from steam. If they gave me this game for FREE, I still would NOT play it.

This is the first Golf game I've ever played, so I'm not sure if they're all a glitchy nightmare, but this one certainly is.
This game is horrible compared to 2k23. The controls are all over the keyboard on a PC. The response time for shots is slow, causing you to miss left and right or overpower. The graphics and physics look like a game from the early 2000's. Absolutely not impressed for the price and will be asking for my money back.
I don't know WHAT everyone is complaining about. This game is awesome! Some dude complaining it runs like s***. Bro, get real, your hardware is as garbage as your opinion. Fk outta here. One guy has 9 hours of play time and is complaining that his shots have 70 yard roll outs....9 hours. Unbelieveable. I bet you think strippers like you.... This game is a puzzle. A math problem. Solve it better than everyone else more consistently and you'll win. Kinda like, hmm, that game...whats it called? OH! that's right: GOLF. Stop complaining you crybabies. Have you tried sucking less?
90% watching Sponsored splash screens, 10% Laggy Golf
DO NOT PURCHASE - i did not recieve the 1,500 PGA TOUR POINTS and PGA TOUR XP Bundle associated with the deluxe edition. after sitting in an ea support for hours and being transferred to a different advisor 5+ times, i reported the game as ea support was unable to assist stating they've done everything they could do and said there are no solutions to this issue/bug. ea, ultimately, was wrongly trying to shift blame on steam for this issue. i have too many hours in the standard version of the game to get a refund for the deluxe edition upgrade. i've heard of shady, predatory business practices performed by electronic arts and my personal experience just provides more evidence of such claims. according to other reviews online, it seems i am not the only person with this problem. EDIT May 2026: Following up to say that the 1,500 PGA TOUR POINTS and PGA TOUR XP Bundle were NOT available in the Rewards. This issue has still not been fixed.
