Visually, it can actually look surprisingly good in 4K especially if you force anti-aliasing through the NVIDIA Control Panel on top of the in-game settings. With the right tweaks, the rough edges smooth out, and the game’s unique atmosphere really starts to shine. That said, getting there isn’t exactly plug-and-play. There are a lot of patches and community fixes you’ll likely need to apply to stabilize performance and resolve common issues. It takes effort, but if you’re willing to tinker, the payoff is a much cleaner, more immersive experience. Underneath all that, the game still delivers its signature offbeat storytelling and quirky charm, making it worth the hassle for those who appreciate something unconventional.

First this version was from 2013 so that its self should shut down the game karens but it won't , No its not the best port job but it is still fun. If you are trying to run a 2013 game in 2026 you might have to run patches despite the quality of the port. If you played the game in its original state before its port then hey you have a point if you have not then its silly. No its the best port and the game itself has good and bad moments so if you want to try it wait for a sale.
