Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 28 → 3.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Few have tried to make a realistic, mil-sim, top-down shooter game. This is for obvious reasons. Mil-sim games are either total garbage, forever doomed to early-access development and subsequent abandonment, or they are good enough to gather a following like Squad, Ready or Not, and Escape From Tarkov. These games succeed because they have a multitude of extremely complex mechanics—at least in EFT's case—and bring the blend of realism and the comfort of the player to as close to al dente as possible. Plenty have attempted to breed the chimera that is a top-down orientation with a realistic tactical shooter, to limited success. Doorkickers is the only genuinely successful example other than Intravenous that I can think of. Intravenous is almost what Tarkov is to the extraction shooter genre—the blueprint. Intravenous has almost everything you could ask for out of a tactical shooter, while being constrained by the fact it is a top-down shooter. That's not to say it doesn't work, because it works exceptionally well; Realistic movement, ballistics, sound environment, weapon modification, and much more. All of this, paired with a decent storyline and some fitting music, makes for an extravagant experience. The first game was fantastic, and the second brought it even more to life through a sequel story, refined mechanics, and a remaster of the first game. I have played this game religiously since I got my first taste of Intravenous 1 in 2024. Needless to say, I was entranced. I cannot wait any longer for IV3. I will implode if it isn't released by the end of this year...

Intravenous 2 is a masterclass in top-down stealth and action and it easily has some of the most impressive enemy AI I've ever seen in a game. The levels are incredibly well done. You have so much freedom to tackle situations however you want—crawling through vents, cutting the power at the circuit breaker, sneaking in during broad daylight or just going in guns blazing. The level design really supports both slow, methodical stealth and pure, chaotic gunfights. But the real star of the show is the AI. It genuinely feels like you are playing against real, observant humans. They don't just mindlessly walk in circles; they actually pay attention to their environment. If you leave a door open that was closed before, they get suspicious. If they notice a guard is missing from their regular patrol route, they start searching. If you flip a light switch off, they will go out of their way to turn it back on. The most terrifying (and coolest) part is how they handle combat in the dark. If you manage to slip into the shadows or shoot out the lights during a firefight, they don't just stand there confused—they will actually blind-fire into the darkness right at your last known location. It keeps you constantly on your toes and forces you to completely rethink your positioning. Overall it's genuinely fun, deeply immersive tactical game that makes you earn every single victory. Whether you want to ghost through a level like Splinter Cell or shoot it out like Hotline Miami, it's an absolute blast.
Solid game but there are minor problems omo. 1. It ruins the run so many times when you cant see the goons outside of your range but they can see you, its quite frustrating. 2. I wouldn't recommend putting the knock out key on the pick up key, like there are so many times where i picked up a body or a can instead of knocking out the goon, so i recommend just spamming the close attack key and running into them. 3. Idk how its possible to this day and I even don't know if its only my problem but there where also so many times where when I aligned my crosshair even perfectly with the door or 1 of the enemies it sometimes isn't possible to make an action, I had to restart so many times because the hardest part was not the enemy patroling, it was the door not showing up the lock pick key / opening key These where all my problems I found so far, but overall Its a very solid game, I wish there was a harder setting like that you are not able to see enemies behind the wall or out of range (But its not ruining the game :D ).
I once climbed a mountain and got lost on my way, but luckily I met another hiker just like me. I asked him how high up we are, and he said "Intravenous 2". At that point, I knew we were at the peak.
I got this game from HB and I was little sceptical about this; it looked like some Hotline Miami clone with added small stealth elements. I was wrong... Sometimes it can become a fast frenetical shooter, but there's more than this. Positive: AI - enemies are most of time really smart! In stealth they react to noises, to open doors or turned off lights. And in fight? They use covers, they are making ambushes, sometimes they try to rush you. And if you leave them in the dark in combat - they can try to shoot to your expected position Gunplay and tools - everything is customizable, with different stats, you can find use for everything. And silencers are cool, but unlike every other games they are more realistic, enemies could hear it! (it was a big surprise for me in first mission, when I shot a thug with silenced pistol, his comrade heard it from a distance and made an alert :-D ) Missions and replayability - lot of mission, you can try different aproach for it Stealth gameplay - it is amazing how you can clear the map with slow aproach, luring enemies, hiding bodies and killing them one by one with throwing knife. But be aware - bloodstain on the floor can set the entire base to full alert mode! Gunplay - game presents itself like stealth game. But when this aproach failed, you have guns! And most of time you need to use them and then everything could end in bad bloodbath. And everything has a good use here, from pistols, to assault rifles and shotguns, which are deadly even on big distances Negative: Story - it exists. There is sometimes a lot of talking, it has a lore behind it, but story is cliché and "Story rich" tag isn't correct Stealth gameplay difficulty - once the base got to alert state, you are forced to full combat or to "semi-stealth" gameplay. And allert an enemy is really easy here Sometimes map design - few maps are designed only with one "correct" stealth aproach, when you try something different, you are forced to shooting I enjoyed it, although it was sometimes hard and frustrating, and I can recommend it
Oiled up, buff men slipping and squirming into vents. Awooga, I am the target audience. "You're Intravenous? That's crazy, I'm Intravenous too..." Absolute cinema, a white tear ran down my leg.
For a certain type of person this is a truly special and amazing game. It can be played a Splinter Cell style ghost sneak em up, a very good shooter with incredible enemy AI and build variety driven by amazing, indepth gun customization or, as I would recommend, with an Im-Sim sensibility stemming from games like DIshonored - start out outnumbered, commit to the run, mess up, stick with it and adapt, you're no longer ghosting and the enemy knows you're in the area but not where or how to find you, transition from ghost to predatory stealth that's deep, improvisational and genuinely emergent. The story is okay but the atmosphere overtakes it with a cool bleak, noir, cynical vibe that carries it without leaning into being indulgently mean or violent whilst also carrying the weight of taking a life - you can kill with no penalty or you can go non-lethal and the game won't judge you but it adds an interesting layer to think about in a very grounded world. It's an insane combination of Hotline Miami, Rainbow Six, Thief, Dishonored, Deus Ex and Splinter Cell. For a certain gamer with tastes like mine it's one of the best things (not a lot of) money can buy.
I played this with only 9 fingers when I had a finger injury back in 4th of July of 2024 from accidentally cutting my left-index finger's tendon and it was one of those games when I was doing physical therapy around the game's release. It was a good motivator and helped me practice during that time. It's fun, having to customize guns and become a one-man army in this, I highly recommend it including, it's DLCs. I'm excited for the 3rd one and can't wait for it!
