Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.29/day in the week to Aug 7 → 6/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Only bad thing of this game is there is no swimming pools. Once they're added, then I'll change the review. Sorry!
I bought this game during the Summer Sale as kind of a "pick up, play eventually" kind of thing. Now I have 40 hours in it and the other games I bought are relegated to "eventually". That's the review.

What a fun surprise this game was to play. I have thoroughly enjoyed both the campaign and sandbox modes - specially the latter! It has a lot of potential to improve to an already great gameplay. Looking forward to what the devs have in store for its future.
This game is ridiculously addictive. I picked it up alongside another game because it looked cute and figured I'd give it a try for an hour or so. I started playing around 11 AM. As I'm writing this review, it's 12:50 AM. Somehow I spent almost my entire Saturday playing this game without even realizing it. Honestly, I don't even regret it. The gameplay loop is incredibly fun, the mechanics feel solid, and there's always something happening. Watching the hotel slowly descend into chaos and then scrambling to get everything back under control is oddly satisfying. My favorite area was Vegas, it was definitely the most challenging part for me and kept me hooked. The only real complaint I have is with the staff shortage alerts. When the game tells you that you're low on cleaning staff or kitchen staff, I wish there was a way to quickly highlight where the problem is coming from. It can be a little hard to track down sometimes. Other than that, I'm having a blast with this game. Definitely worth it.
Pretty solid management sim thats a bit on the casual side. All my hours were put into doing all the campaign missions, which I found there was a decent bit of variation between them at least for the second half of missions. Gameplay loop is pretty straight forward, you design some rooms, guests check in and you provide them amenities from a gym to a bar, give them entertainment and so on. Get tech points from your guests checking in to research new stuff and build up even further. Cash flow is a bit gated by check ins for your guest which will have you fast forwarding alot in the early game as you try to get on your feet. Customization options are pretty solid, theres alot of uniforms for your workers if you wanna have fun with it and alot of options for your hotel itself from different decorations to put on the walls, wallpapers and flooring for each room and more. One slight negative is only a few options give the max attractiveness so a late game hotel is kind of using the same few options for every room if you're trying to minmax a bit. Designing rooms and the hotel itself is pretty fun, On the last map I was able to build a second small building that I used as a stand alone restaurant which I was able to put half inside and outside so guests had some outdoor seating in a little garden I made. Unfortunately outside of decorating there isn't too much interaction with the hotel itself, you make a bar, set the drink menu and then you don't have much to do with it anymore, same goes the restaurant. Some rooms like the spa or conference room are very "place and forget" you make them and then you don't need to ever look at them again if you put enough stuff in them in the first place. Game only crashed a single time over the 30+ hours and I never felt like I experienced any real bugs. Only real issues I had were that workers wouldn't use the closest staff room, which was an issue with my previously mentioned separated restaurant, I made sure to make a small staff room so chefs and waiters wouldn't need to travel almost a day to get rest (This has been fixed but I'm still salty about it so I'm mentioning it). Another issue is the builders, I love the general mechanic for it but they are incredibly stupid if you try to build too much at one time. I set up multiple material sites as I was trying to do construction on multiple floors and I would watch as a builder would take some material then proceed to go 2 flights of stairs to place a single tile instead of actually using the material available right next to them.
This game is my new hyperfixation... I like to think this game is similar to The Tenants! Its pretty straight forward, you build and manage a hotel! I love the building mechanism, it is on a grid so some of it will likely upset the OCD people but I love it personally! The zoning is so cool and unique! I love the way i can zone a large room with several different zones and not have to have all the walls! The events in game are so fun and exciting. The only con i saw was that I couldnt figure out how to get rid of ghosts, its not as straight forward as the rest of the game lol Overall, its 100% worth it!!!
Haven't played a game this addicting in awhile. I look forward to expansions and more levels. In 29 hours I have only found a single UI bug that fixed when I reloaded. I have not experienced any of 'glitches' other posted about - There are certainly elements game doesn't hold your hand through but once you figure it out your hotel runs quite smoothly. User error as usual in the comments!
Absolutely brilliant, me and my son could play this all day long.
