После настройки по гайду с протондб пошла как по маслу на стим деке. Было пару вылетов и в доме богача начало стабильно вылетать - помог только рестарт дека. Что это было - без понятия. Ставить фикс для типа-хбокс геймпадов строго обязательно! После этого можно и насладиться шедевром. P.S. Лучи поноса за сломанный physx в комплекте с игрой!

I was actually having plenty of fun until suddenly in chapter 5 the game became Quick Time Event button mashing ragebait, PRESS ADADADADADADADADAD IN 3 SECONDS, PRESS F NOW WITHIN 1 SECOND, NOW R, NOW LMB, NOW C, what the hell is this garbage, I thought it was supposed to be a crime novel with shooting elements, not this cringe. What did they had in their heads designing this 'gameplay'? If you want cool crime story shooter, what about BUTTON MASHING NOW, BEACH. Duck you too, I'm never gonna buy another game from these developers, they deliberately want you to rage at a screen. It's a conscious douchebag design.

The fact that the game was release in such a state is absolutely mindboggling, I shouldn't have to install community patches or mods and use a bunch of workarounds to make the game playable. Despite all of that I still encountered a game breaking crash. I'm done trying to play this game. Shameful

Having cleared the original on Xbox 360 years ago, I knew the game was never a looker, but the Director’s Cut is an absolute dumpster fire. It somehow downgraded a visually dated game into looking like a bargain-bin PS2 title that stutters, chokes, and crashes constantly. I wanted so badly to enjoy York’s eccentricities and the brilliant narrative again, but after getting locked behind a recurring crash that made progress impossible, I had to throw in the towel. It’s a tragic waste of a masterpiece story trapped inside unplayable garbage.

Oyun çok güzel fakat PC portu rezalet ötesi. Özellikle de güncel sistemlerde sinematik bitişlerinde, arabayla yolda giderken vs. oyun sürekli crash veriyor. Sık sık kaydetseniz bile bazı crash veren yerleri hiçbir şekilde geçemiyorsunuz. Oyun orada takılı kalıyor. Oyunun çok ilginç bir hikayesi var, eğer ilginizi çekerse ya emulator ile oynamanızı ya da videolarını izlemenizi tavsiye ederim.

Buggy mess. Couldn't move at the very beginning of the game. Loaded "Xbox controller enhanced features driver", then I could move. Walked out of a car crash, was given option to save game (said "yes"). Couldn't move. Tried un- and re-installing driver; still couldn't move. When I re-started the game, I did not have a "load game" option, even though I had supposedly created a save file. Read numerous posts about how this game won't work unless you download this, install that, etc... Only dropped a buck plus change, so I'm not TOO pissed, but c'mon -- if you're gonna offer something for sale, can't ya at least make sure it works? It's not even basically functional AT ALL ...

This game is 100% worth every penny you can spend on it, probably more. The gameplay mechanics and visuals while dated are merely a trivial artefact of it's time that the story completely compensates for. Heartbreaking, deep and well written with a tale that will leave you confused even after researching every end of it. The development of this game was definitely atypical, the design philosophy was nuanced to the point of poor reception which inevitably leaves this game undervalues with it's mixed opinionated audience - I, however, believe that they simply lack the palette for a game of this quality.
