Crysis 2 - Maximum Edition

It felt so new at the time when i played even though it was way past its prime when i sat down to enjoy it for myself. It was certainly was a lot faster paced for me and I did run into a few crashes back on my inferior PC. But the game still holds up and could for sure beat some of the games that are being released today as AAA.

Crysis 2 delivers a thrilling and immersive campaign that kept me hooked from start to finish. The story is engaging and flows well, offering a good mix of narrative and gameplay. The shooting mechanics feel smooth and impactful, and the game consistently delivers high-intensity action sequences that are both exciting and visually impressive. Overall, it’s a beautiful and entertaining shooter that balances story, gameplay, and atmosphere very well. Definitely worth playing if you enjoy action-packed FPS experiences.

It's fun, different gameplay styles available - stealth, run and gun, avoid shooting. Interesting story. Easier to control the suit than Crysis 1. Edit: after I finsihed. Well, actually I gave up about 2 hours before the end and just watched the playthrough. The difficulty suddenly ramped up and I had kind of experienced enough anyway (started to lose interest too). But I'd still recommend it if you like this sort of game. Particularly on sale;
