Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Craftopia is a bold and sprawling sandbox game developed by Japanese indie studio Pocketpair, blending a dizzying array of genres—survival crafting, farming, automation, dungeon crawling, monster catching, and even some light RPG mechanics. It’s as if the developers poured Minecraft, Breath of the Wild, ARK: Survival Evolved, Factorio, and Pokémon into a blender and poured the chaotic mixture into a cel-shaded, anime-inspired world. On paper, this ambitious cocktail should result in an endlessly addictive and genre-defining experience. In practice, Craftopia is a fascinating, frequently enjoyable, yet deeply flawed game that suffers from trying to be too many things at once. The game begins with a surreal bang: you press a button to destroy the Earth, a strangely humorous and dramatic opening that sets the tone for the rest of the experience—unapologetically bizarre and willing to subvert expectations. From there, you awaken in a new world, tasked with rebuilding civilization using a wide array of tools, systems, and mechanics. The initial gameplay loop is familiar to fans of survival games: gather resources, craft tools, build shelter, and fend off threats. However, Craftopia quickly expands into territory few games even attempt. You’re not just building a base—you’re automating it. You’re not just farming—you’re harvesting resources with conveyor belts and breeding livestock en masse. There’s fishing, gliding, driving mechs, cooking complex meals, fighting bosses, and traveling across procedurally generated islands, each with their own biomes and hazards. What’s immediately striking is the sheer scale of what Craftopia tries to accomplish. The crafting and automation systems are impressively deep, allowing for Factorio-like production chains. You can capture animals using Poké Ball-like devices, tame them, and incorporate them into your farms or use them as mounts. Combat is real-time and heavily inspired by action RPGs, with dodging, blocking, and combo-based attacks. Dungeons provide a sense of progression and house the game’s more traditional loot-and-boss-fight mechanics. You can build cars and helicopters or even use magic brooms to fly across the skies. However, for all its ambition, Craftopia struggles to tie its many systems into a cohesive whole. The user interface is clunky and often unintuitive, especially when managing inventory or navigating menus. Tutorialization is minimal, leaving players to discover complex systems through trial and error. While this sense of discovery can be rewarding, it can also be overwhelming and frustrating, particularly for players unfamiliar with this genre mishmash. Many mechanics feel undercooked—combat is floaty and lacks polish, dungeon variety is limited, and enemy AI is rudimentary at best. Performance issues are also common, with frame rate drops and bugs marring the experience, even on relatively powerful PCs. The art direction, while charming, is inconsistent. The cel-shaded graphics and anime aesthetic are visually appealing, especially in bright, open areas, but the world design can feel empty and generic. Biomes often feel procedurally generated in the worst sense—repetitive, lacking in meaningful landmarks, and devoid of narrative context. Still, the joy of exploring these islands, collecting loot, and upgrading your character and equipment offers a persistent sense of progression. Multiplayer is perhaps one of Craftopia’s more compelling features, enabling co-op gameplay with friends and letting players tackle the vast number of tasks together. However, synchronization issues, lag, and server instability can hamper the experience. It’s a testament to the game’s community and developers that players continue to experiment and build incredible automated systems and creative structures despite these limitations. Craftopia is a work in progress, and in many ways, it feels more like a sandbox of potential than a polished product. Pocketpair has continued to support the game post-launch with updates, new content, and bug fixes, which suggests that Craftopia may eventually reach the heights it so clearly aspires to. The core appeal—an open-ended, genre-bending adventure where you can ride a giraffe while harvesting wheat with a robot arm—remains undeniably fun, especially for those willing to embrace its chaotic spirit. In conclusion, Craftopia is an incredibly ambitious game that’s bursting with creativity and potential, but it currently exists in a state of beautiful messiness. It’s a playground for tinkerers and dreamers, a chaotic but compelling sandbox that invites you to lose yourself in its myriad systems—if you can look past the rough edges. For early access veterans and those craving a unique blend of genres, Craftopia offers something no other game does. Just be prepared for an uneven journey, where the joy of discovery often coexists with the frustration of unfinished ideas. Rating: 7/10

The game feels rough despite it being in development for years (Palworld took over their interest, yes this is the same studio). The big thing that keeps me coming back to this is actually the combat mechanics, something I wish they added to their other game. And its not that bad of a game to play If you want to relax. Its not intensive by any means.
honestly the open world kinda ruined it
After eleven minutes of gameplay, I encountered more bugs than in many games after more than 30 hours. However, if you like poorly designed hitboxes and walking in the first cutscene, this game is for you.
缝什么不好,缝个原神,连带优化差也一并缝进来了,多少有点绷不住。一看是搞帕鲁的,那没事了。
Imagine if Palworld and Breath of the wild had a baby. This is that baby. The game is not without bugs, but in all honesty they're not hard to look past to see the real beauty here. The combat is smooth and allows you to be as creative as you want. The overworld is vast and inviting and is full of things to discover. I can't wait to see where the game goes in the future!
keeps resetting my progress even after i tried all the fixes. This game is buggy and pointless to play if you have to keep restarting from the start.
