A neon-noir story in a rain-drenched cyberpunk metropolis. It’s your first night on the job working for the Cloudpunk delivery service. Two rules: Don’t miss a delivery and don’t ask what’s in the package.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.22/day in the week to Aug 4 → 7/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Recommendation: 90%
Carries hard by atmosphere. The Blade Runner references were a pleasant surprise. Has some minor issues, but overall a great experience. Easy to recommend

Cloudpunk is awfully boring. It has a Cyberpunk setting and that's pretty much everything it got going for it. The Skybox is a Screensaver, the dialogues are boring and so are the "decisions". You drive from A to B and then you stand around at point B to wait for the boring , non Skippable, Dialogue ,that was supposed to fill out the boring commute, to finally finish up so you can move on. After 2h i felt like i've seen everything and most importantly, don't want any more of this. No matter how good the "story" might get. Oh and the surrounding cars are the most annoying and headache inducing sound that you are constantly going to hear.

The look is cool, and the background music is nice, even has some fake little ads to make it feel like youre listening to a real radio. But im still not impressed with this game. It feels like a stereotype of a modern game, it holds your hand a lot and doesnt invite you to figure out mechanics for yourself. Its like youll see a goomba in super mario bros and youll hear toad say "jump on that goomba, mario!" It kinda makes me feel dumb playing it. Related to this, there seems to be a quest in the game that has you picking up collectibles through the streets of the city. It shows the quest tracker for it all the time, making collecting the items a requirement to remove the tracker. I dont like how you cant skip certain dialogues, and the voice acting feels a bit flat. Id rather read the text quickly and move on rather than waiting through it. You can skip the dialogue on street NPCs though, so thats nice, especially since most of the street NPCs have the same dialogue when you talk to them. Also, many of the NPC portraits dont look the same as the models in game. There was even a "Gang Member" NPC that turned out to be two robots, even though it was just one regular looking dude there. Its a rough cut game that just looks cool.
Cloudpunk is a great game. Played it twice. Your a driver for CLOUDPUNK corporation doing different tasks in your hovercar through the cities. Taking passengers to different cities, picking up passengers, driving (flying) to different locations. You also park your hovercar and get out on foot to get to the locations but you must park on the park spots. You have to repair your hover which can be expensive as flying traffic hits you too, and you have to refuel your hover which is expensive too. For some reason you don't earn much as a driver for CLOUDPUNK you earn minimal wage or something. both play through by end game I finished with around $4000-$5500. you get passengers talking to you and your character talks back which is great. the DLC city of ghosts is a little disappointing however, I didnt mind it but I liked Cloudpunk better. The DLC you control 3 different characters over time and hear their stories. Recommend playing both if you haven't played CLOUDPUNK
Much like the girl you dated in college, this game is visually appealing and somewhat clever, but not nearly as pretty nor intelligent as she believes.
Of course every game has it's appeal to someone and I know I'm the odd one out here, but I just find the game boring as hell. I've tried numerous times to play it and it's just slow and repetitive.
