Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 56.83/day in the week to Jul 17 → 3.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a weird game, but really rewarding when you figure it out
There are some major problems with the UI, and the tutorial doesn't really help much. It took me a lot of looking up guides to figure out how to play the game at all. Much more difficult to figure out compared to Cultist Simulator. But once I got into it, I really enjoyed it. The writing is great. And I like that it's a bit slower, long-term compared to the stressful experiences of the previous game.

It takes you a minute to get into the swing of things but once you're in the middle of the game, it's fantastic.
Man I love this game...
現在日本語化もされていますし、cultist simulatorのようなわからん死要素もないです。 また、BGMがめちゃくちゃいいのでおすすめです。
As someone who has lost over 50 hours playing Cultist Simulator I was really excited to get this game, finally. I'm already neck deep in it and probably close to an ending and I really enjoyed my time at Hush House! The big caveat I have with the game is right there in the beginning load screen: "Book of Hours is a quiet sort of game" or something to that effect. Which yes, fits the librarian air and it makes it a lot less hectic like CS was. Unfortunately, the more you progress through the game and the more stuff you unlock, the easier the entire game gets and the less challenge it provides. Once you have explored most of the rooms, the rest don't seem to entice you anymore because you've already maxed out most of your skills, crafted all there is to craft and are only looking for more books to inhale the insanely deep and well-written lore. Sadly the books get less and less the more rooms you unlock in the latter half of the playthrough. All in all I'd say that if you enjoyed CS you'll probably enjoy this game but it's more for a chill and relaxed experience instead of being on your toes constantly and checking if you're doing everything right all the time. If anyone from Weather Factory reads this: THANK YOU for making such awesome games. I completely forgot you guys were behind Sunless Sea as well, I enjoyed that game a lot too. That one seemed a bit TOO difficult in the beginning stages, at least for me. I'm excited for Travelling at Night!
very calm :3
