Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

First, let me make it clear that I think Atelier Yumia is a good game. However, I do not fee like it was a good Atelier game. It had its tedium, for sure. And the Workshop as well as Greenhouse buildings left a lot to be desired. That said, when getting down to brass tacks, it has a solid story, and the gameplay is good. Exploration is absolutely the name of the game here. If you're looking for a cozy Atelier game, this isn't going to be it. It feels very very different from the others. Now, I did notice, and I am certain most people who played this game will have seen, that some models and textures clearly look like they were repurposed from from something else. There are some very obvious points where this shows up, mostly with the Welkes. It was a bit jarring to see, not gonna lie. Even with that negative, though, I do recommend giving this game a playthrough. It is well worth it.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 5: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game is much better. Putting it probably on top 5 atalier

mixed feelings on yumia. while i enjoyed the open world feeling alot in this game, many gimmicks were very regional. you get a new ammunition and the region you got it from is mostly the only place where you need to use them. the bike was a gimmick that i rarely used since many areas weren't straight enough for me to blast through it, and its double jump and wall jump never worked well enough for me. the skills you unlocked at shrines were rather boring, aside from the tripple jump, i wish they added other effects there. aside the very simplified alchemy system where you just had to sort by range every time and easily create powerful stuff, i found the story segments to be badly paced often, with them occuring back to back. one time we had our erhard give our team a vacation to calm down after everything that happened and after that scene, another triggered, where our team seemingly grew into a team and family and were ready for the next step. while base building was interesting, the structures we unlocked were either powerful or useless. the last structure we received, when we were heading to the final areas, the mana converter, only offered abyssmal benefits for the time it took to create anything. meanwhile duplicating anything became a too powerful option that made farming some of the most rare items meaningless. dlc's were also very mixed overall. the free alber map with lotsa building options felt rather awesome, while one other dlc map only offered a single Dunkelheit as the final reward. sure, if you get that early, dupe the hell out of it for max benefit, but otherwise that region had nothing. the last dlc with the factory, introducing a new character, was a strong story element which they sadly kept limited to said region. the plot of the game was interesting, toning a bit more towards the way alchemy could be abused, instead of the often more very positive view of alchemy many other games focus on, spiked quite some interest to me, and the sacrifice yumia experienced does make me want to get a sequel, but i'd hope they focus alot more on alchemy then and there. even aside some gameplay issue, and i did not even get into those puzzles here, i feel the technical issues, including many bugs and very bad performances, left the much bigger negative impression on everyone. while they fixed many technical issues over time, it was sadly too late as atelier games can be consumed quite quickly, and since getting OP gear in this game was very easy, and since higher difficulties and dynamic boss levels were introduced too late, too many gamers had already completed the game, not to return, staying on their negative impression on the game. the game had way better promotions than other games, but maybe that caused the money to not be spent into its own development. overall it had lotsa potentials, including maps and characters, as well as another unique approach to alchemy featuring your own base building, but much of it felt too quickly abandoned. still hoping for a yumia or envisioned 2 game though.
