Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 5: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I want to bury my face into Lenja's fluffy tail until I black out from suffocation.

(this was written during patch 1.21) I'd like to prefice this by saying I like all atelier games I've played thus far. I've played the mysterious series, including having started Atelier Sophie 2. I've also played Atelier Ryza 1 and am planning on playing the other Ryza games, but this? When being in the title screen gives me between 19 and 30 fps that's not a well optimized game at all. I can play Elden Ring no problem at 60 fps at almost the highest graphical settings and Atelier Yumia gives me 20 fps in the title screen at lowest settings? Plus lag spikes and frame freezes during the whole tutorial. Like c'mon man, optimize the game so people can say that the game's price fits cuz im not paying 55€ for a game that runs this poorly, and that's when it's on sale. Hell, I'd barely pay 10€ for an experience like this. It's barely playable. Please, I know this game can be optimized a lot better than this, I've seen a lot heavier games take much less of a toll on my computer. I know it can be done, and I want to like this game. I want to be able to say Gust and Koei Temco released another banger of an Atelier game, but right now I can't. I'm not playing this until the game has been fixed cuz this is criminally unoptimized. I'll check back in on the game next sale, hopefully these problems have been adressed by then. Thank you for your time.
Storage space ruined JRPGs dude. The instant they got a whole gigabyte to play with, they proved they couldn't be trusted with it, and filled it entirely with as much vapid, mile wide and quarter inch deep dog ass slop they possibly could. I'm sure if any of the vacuous, pretentious drones in Japan were to make Chrono Trigger today, it'd be 10 times longer, with exactly as much actual substance as the original game. Not content with just running you through a tutorial and then turning you loose like any number of good games, this game strings together one little tutorial after another for all of its little mechanics, half of which don't need to exist, for about 10 hours. THEN the game actually got tolerable and promising, for the first large area. It was kind of like an Okay anime that you got to play. The characters had JUST enough actual personality and organic motivations to interact and BE actual characters, and the set up to the story had some interest. Then you got to the second area and it was like playing the filler arc no one likes and it never bloody ends. The characters reverted back to Standard Japanese Canine Excrement Writing where all the characters just restate their one sentence worth of motivation, goals, and/or feelings at each other. "I want to move forward and prove alchemy can be good." Really cliche, but good to clearly state the goal I guess. "I want to move forward and prove alchemy can be good." You said that five minutes ago. "I want to move forward and prove alchemy can be good!" YOU SAID THAT FIVE AND ALSO TEN MINUTES AGO! I don't know if every Japanese game thinks its players are total cretins that need very one dimensional character motivations spelled out to them in every cutscene, or if they just can't think of anything else to write, like a high schooler trying to hit the word minimum on an essay. And because there are 6 characters and because this is SJCEW, every character must get a turn to say a line in every, single, bloody, cutscene. So all dialogue takes three times longer than it needs to (2x = 6 where 2 is the characters who need to be speaking for Dialogue to happen, 6 is how many will not shut up, and x is the Time Wasted Multiplier). Just about every facet of this game felt like the studio had $40 worth of Game then held a meeting that opened with Japanese for "Okay guys how do we add enough abject slugde to pad the game out enough to justify charging $70?" TRICK QUESTION! You don't make a game better by making it more tedious! The "prayer shrines" that were just the same flipping tiles with lines on them puzzle over and over again in particular were about 10 times more frequent than they had any right to be. I slogged through it hoping for some resolution to the very many hours of set up, which was rushed through all right at the end and was bad. The whole plot came down to Nietzschean Giga Chad Uses Science To Just Do Things vs Pack Of Whiny Geeks Saying That Is Wrong Just Because and you are on the wrong side of this because the game's entire morality is Japanese Soy Weeny Serfbrain Stooge-Leftist. Pure poison to the Faustian Spirit and I am going to have to read so much Senator Armstrong fanfiction to get the taste of this canine excrement out of my mouth. The actual gameplay might have been worth the time if the combat was balanced even a little. The moment I made Level 10 attack items I was effectively one-shotting everything until I turned the difficulty up to the point I started to get one-shot, then it was a game of One Shot Or Be One Shot. Not particularly satisfying. The game mostly looks good, at least. Except Nina, who is the most misshappen mistake of a character model I have ever seen, and spends most of her screentime clipping various parts of herself into other parts of herself. Even the soundtrack is bad. I have never before played a game and consciously thought the soundtrack was bad. But much of this sounded like copyright-free elevator music and I sincerely hope they used AI to make it, because the alternative is that someone got paid for this, which offends any sense of decency or justice. To whoever is responsible, it was a bad job you did and I hope this review hurt your feelings. Do not buy this game. Don't even "tactically acquire" it. Learn from my mistakes, and waste 90 bloody hours of your lift on something better.
