As somebody who has played the original game, I say this is a great remake of it. I do have numerous complaints about the combat(i have no clue why they keep on diverting from the old combat system ) and wave physics; however, the game is great as it was back then - looks like those CGI trailers from back then... so beautiful. A strong 9 out of 10. Carried a lot because it was the game done by the old ubisoft, not new. New ubisoft in this game is mediocre.

best AC and pirate game ever
Loved the OG game and loving this. The new content makes it feel like a whole new game.
beautiful. I played some of the original, and this lives up to it in almost every way that I see. the only gripe I have is that it has the "stickiness" in the parkour of the original games. other than that, its one of the best games ive ever played.
I am near the end of the game, it has been great no problems till now. I cannot jump from a platform to a post sticking out, the platform rises into position and he will not jump, then when the platform drops he will jump to his death. This is the first serious game breaking bug I have had, and I have tried all the so called fixes online, but no use. There are a lot of guys out there with the same problem, but no help from Ubisoft (no surprise there). So right now I cannot recommend this game.

very great game pretty faithful remaster i am not near done the story maybe 50% done only 2 points to talk about i don't know if changed or the world was just smaller but the original game seemed ot be bigger map size wise and the people complaining about cosmetics its a single player game buying them does notdo anything otehr then looks for oyu and hey if you want to look a certain way buy it and support them but nothing is lokced behind a paywall like GTA you buy base version you get 100% of the game very great remaster. Now lets get a FF8 remaster.
