Good
Ya sure. I've only played 5 hours, and I like to play on marathon. The game play loop is reasonably interesting. I'm not sure if it's a marathon thing or not, but I could build a ridiculous amount of buildings between each tech advancement. Lots of those buildings do very little, and I would have huge stockpiles of resources by the end of the era's. It seems close to being a lot of fun, though I assume there are reasons for things that seem to me to be problems, like the city cap and how they deal with resources, to be the way they are.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Good game, my laptop is low end so I have to run it on medium settings but I enjoy it.
Olha, eu esperava ferro, encontrei ouro.
They need to make the combat more tactical. Right now it's just a numbers spreadsheet and there is nothing you can do to direct units or try to overcome a mathematical difference in units. Also, the rock/paper/scissors approach isn't explained well and again, doesn't leave the player any ability to place units or use terrain during the battle. It's just a numbers formula that determines who wins. Also, the battles take forever, which means what should have been an easy victory all of the sudden gets reinforcements from halfway across the map because the "simple" battle take 7 turns (again, with nothing you can do while it plays out except add more units to the numbers total). The rest of the game has a lot of promise but without the combat being improved, I can't find enjoyment in this. Btw, I have about 100 hours of it on another platform and recently installed it on Steam to see if the updates helped.
Mir gefällt es!
As of patch 2.0 this game is decent. It has numerous issues that i hoped they will iron out in time but no. Seems abandoned due to low sales
Ara: History Untold feels like a thoughtful blend of classic 4X strategy and fresh ideas. The pacing can take a bit to adjust to, but once it clicks, every decision feels meaningful. Beautiful art direction and a clever legacy system make each run feel different.
