Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Jul 25 → 7.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Incredibly dull and lifeless. The plot is lackluster at the best of times, the gameplay is mindless even on higher difficulties, the environments are all the same few levels over and over again of copy pasted generic zones, and character progression feels irrelevant and as if the "RPG" elements were thrown in at the last moment because they forgot that Diablo had skill trees. If Diablo 3 is Diet Diablo, then this is store brand Diet Diablo that has been left out in the sun for a few days and lost any fizz it had. Even as a Warhammer fan, I have nothing good to say about this game. The only reason I played past the first 30 minutes is because I got this in a bundle and couldn't refund it. Additional note after 12 hours: Still don't have all my card drops yet, and I've been surprised by how many things this game gets absolutely Wrong about the lore of Warhammer.

Shallya’s Mercy, this is Nurgle's Rot! The game is just a tasteless diablo 3 rip-off with more bugs than Greater Unclean One’s poopy pot. Not sure what is good here… The Warhammer vibe is somewhat present… but also in the most basic and repetitive manner. But not all is lost. Gather you lads, set easy and crack open a Bugmans… you gonna need it… If not that, you're gonna meet with Morr in no time, while napping on your keyboard.
Amazing game! Mechanics are fun and story has been interesting, oh and graphics are beautiful
I enjoyed my time with it but that was not a long time. As far as action RPGs go, it's a very watered down diablo with a very predictable and generic story. The gameplay and builds are fun enough and progression is good. You start with scrappy clothing struggling to kill swarms of rats and by the end of the game you're in really cool legendary armor and can cut through God and the collective population of New York City in one slice like a hot knife on butter. For my fellow achievement hunters, 100% requires beating the 8 hour story with every character but it has couch co-op so you can just create a bunch of characters and have them join your main account's run which will update their progress in the story to that point. When set to very easy, a literal level 1 character with no gear can beat the final boss like it's nothing. Goofy but happy to not have to slog through the story 5 times in a row.
Пролежала в библиотеке 7 лет. :) Оказалась прямо таким крепким среднячком и затянула.
This game is pretty much a perfect example of the awful modern gaming industry! First up some player infos beforehand. Ive played this game pretty much the entire time in 2 player Coop and weve grinded out the maximum of this game, meaning maxing a main class and doing shenenigans in Chaos 10, also did all the Steam achievements in just under 30 hours. While Chaosbane certainly provides a neat, tho shortterm, stat satisfaction and has some cool gear sets and abilities to offer its fundamentally broken and there are certain aspects that are simply a joke, details are following. All in all Coop mode is just broken in its core, there are SO MANY issues and bugs that break any progression and fun entirely... -Questitems not spawning in maps : Restart Server -Questgivers in the hub cant be talked to : Restart Server -Exits not spawning after finishing all conditions in a map : Restart Server Those problems are absolutely normal, like youre gonna encounter them ALL the freaking time and you will have to restart over and over again in order to somehow play through this mess. Additionally and the biggest and most ANNOYING problem of them all is individual player progress not syncing up. You wont get any information about that bug occurring during your session and you will only see a notification when you logout and start into the game the next time. I honestly have no idea at all what causes it, theres simply no reason for that yet there will be moments where your friend is an entire chapter ahead of you even tho youve played every bit together, even if you run around literally together without splitting up. That results in a multiple hour (in the worst case) progress loss which you gotta replay. Fun right? And thats just the top of the iceberg, theres so many more problems and im sure i have forgotten about more than a half of those already. Theres also a bug with players, that are non hosts, not getting any loot at all. Nothing is gonna drop either from bosses nor chests. Not fixed after server restarts or exiting maps and redoing them, no gear at all for someone. Had to switch the hosting to solve that. So as you can see this game is fundamentally broken and not polished nor tested in any serious way. Youre constantly gonna face bugs that hinder progression and waste your time. And if were about time wasting i also wanna mention that unlogical and useless ways between maps and Questgivers which are beyond unnecessary and tedious. Sometimes when handing in a quest to the NPC he will teleport away into some random house in the city and you gotta go there to continue the dialogue and accept the next Quest after which you can walk all the way back and even longer towards the next Map. Its hilarious... Also youre gonna run through the same tile sets again and again and again. You can count the amount of tilesets in the pool on one hand and theyre getting reused multiple times even in a single mission. Thats pretty much the lowest effort ive ever seen a dev team spending on the level aspect. The only way to determine where the hell you actually are is through the bioms. It feels super generic and boring. Combine that with a non sale price of 30+ Euro. The game costed 50+ Euro on release which is just mind boggling to me. Theres so few content, the gameplay is decent at very best, riddled with bugs and a million scam DLCs. There are DLCs to boost your ingame ressources permanently in a very tiny percentage, which you will never need at all not even for the deepest lategame and its just super shady stuff to make you pay even more for a shabby game that you already bought. A 2 hour maximum additional chapter and a sixth character cost individually more than the entire game in the current sale. I simply dont have words for that anymore..If it just where the game itself, with all the DLC content integrated and polished on top of that id say yea its a neat little game to kill some time here and there and give a thumbs up but as things are this studio as a perfect example of the awful modern gaming industry which takes zero effort at all into their work, doesnt care for their product nor customers and just tries to milk the cow as hard as possible while slapping a franchise name onto the cover. I honestly dont think anyone outside the Warhammer fanbase may enjoy this game in the slighest, the story is non existent, its shallow af and doesnt make any sense. A few nice aspects and a million (exaggerating) issues. Wouldnt even recommend this pile of BS if it were F2P, take in mind that i definitely had some fun and motivation to grind stuff out! Unbelievable that this studio is already working on their next game. Pure incompetence!
Tried to play co op, what we could play was fun but it broke at almost every section to the point where we would have to restart and do entire dungeons over again. super buggy and unplayable

Warhammer: Chaosbane delivers solid hack-and-slash action in the Warhammer universe, but lacks depth and variety. Repetitive missions and limited customization hold it back from being a truly memorable ARPG. Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5)
