Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 14 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

ABOUT US

Aftnareld is founded by Narin & Valle, we’re a gaming couple that started chasing our gamedev ambitions back in 2018. Since starting out as just a past-time hobby, we have both dedicated many years to learn game development on our own, with Coridden as the core project through all this time. Along the way, we’ve had the fortune to meet several passionate people that have helped and joined us on the journey to release Coridden.
We knew from the start that we wanted to make games with co-op and depth. We believe that co-op games are not only fun, but are also important for bringing people together. As we continue our gamedev journey, we are dedicated to keeping an open mind, listening to feedback from the community and keep improving our craft!

The combat doesn't have a lot of weight and flashiness to it, but it works. You get skills for both your human character and the beast character you are using. Respeccing is available and easy to do in the main town. The game has some areas where you need to have found a certain beast in order to use their ability to explore or open up a section of the map. Conceptually, this isn't my favorite but it's fine. Functionally, unless you are using that specific beast already you need to equip their power in your inventory then switch back to whatever you were using before if you don't want to use that beast for combat which leads to extra menuing which isn't the best. Maybe some sort of ability to slot different beasts into a quickswap selection where you could then hold a button to get a radial wheel to switch between beasts out of combat would make that process smoother. We did run into a quest that bugged out in coop and restarting the game didn't make the encounter available again which was annoying which ended our time with the game.
I wish there was a neutral. I'm only a few hours in and I'm already tired of 3 things. 1. I'm constantly having to open the large map to look for areas. When the big map is open you can do anything. Would be cool to have a background overlay so you can move when map is open. The mini map is so small and useless. 2. I'm constantly having to rotate the camera behind the character. It's so top down that you can barely see much ahead of you. 3. There should be a pets spit skill hot keys. Instead of having to keep going into inventory and changing it. Game isn't bad so far. Just very annoying.

Excellent game to play with friends or your partner (We played locally, so I don't know if there are any issues online). I beat it with my girlfriend and while she's not an expert gamer the amount of options available for difficulty will keep both, you and your partner, on your toes. By half the game she was hitting LIKE A TRUCK, and was hooked. Around 30 hours to complete, without any rushing. Acceptable story, with a few unexpected plot twists. Brutal combat; I think the level of depth and combos you can perform is impressive, easily the best aspect of the game, 10/10, by the end of the game you'll be surprised with the amount of movement, attacks and freedom the game allows in combat. You can attack at range, then go melee, throw all your spells, morph to animal form, ANIMAL WOMBO COMBO, morph to human, teleport onto your morphed friend's back, jump off, unleash full combo on foot again, teleport to your friend again. Its just pure madness, you feel godlike, we loved it!! Tons of builds and progression, attacks, spells; lots of different items and clever desing choices (like making the weapons "light-made", not an actual model, but like an ethereal aspect of the weapon) Nice world design, maybe a little blant, cities felt mostly empty with nothing to do, some towns will never be visited again after the first time... But the mix between fantasy and scifi locations was cool. Music and VFX: was OK, the music maybe needs some love, it's very basic. Maybe a little lackluster on end game content. In short, for playing with someone else locally, it's a solid 8/10, it could even feel like a 9 because of the magnificent combat system. BUT I wanna say this, if the studio improves on the foundation they already have (Like using the Dpad to toggle between varius animal forms, or a dedicated "Mage" class) this game could easily be considered as Game of the year material. The gameplay aspect of the game is THAT good. Coridden 2 could easily sell millions of copies. I will recommend this game to EVERYONE, I'll buy the supporter pack because I feel the price is not equal to the amount of fun you get out of this game, and if somehow they announce a DLC or a sequel (Please god, make this happen) I will buy that sh1t as soon as I know of the existence of said material.
Friend and I bought this game because we liked the ease of split screen/online multiplayer, but what is up with this weird AI undercurrent storyline? We literally can't remember what the actual plot is. We kept noticing that there are all these NPCs that are set up to be backwards, hillbilly AI haters, and the game obviously paints them as being the ones in the wrong. I feel like the devs are on a mission to convince the world that AI is "totally cool bro." Feels like a super weird thing to keep hammering your audience over the head with.
Coridden is a supercool shapeshifting ARPG. I love the isometric style and the graphics are cool. The gameplay is awesome and the controls are responsive. I played single player, which is what I prefer. Highly recommended
Well, that's what an indie with 1.5 developers should look like and inspire other people to develop games on their own. Good couch coop
5 hours in, and I'm digging it so far. Playing with a friend, the combat feels smooth and the switch between human and beast form feels good. Clunkiest part so far is equipping different forms. I think a radial would solve a lot of that.
A little hidden gem I have had on my wishlist for awhile and decided to randomly buy it and give it a shot. I must say this game has surprised me and impressed me I was not expecting it to be such fun haha. And its a small dev team I def recommend showing support and buying the game.
Рекомендую к прохождению в кооперативе :)
Surprised this doesn't have a higher rating tbh. It is a very well crafted game with some unique and interesting mechanics, wrapped up with some atmospheric and high quality visuals. You may be confronted with a bit of confusion for the first few hours, but persist with it and it really turns into an extremely satisfying ARPG. Sure, some streamlining would be helpful, but we have been extremely impressed with this as a coop experience.
