Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 14 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

That was very enjoyable. Nomen est Omen, it truly is a tyrannical world, and its gonna be impossible to please everyone. Fleshed out world/lore, a good amount of impactful choices, great writing for the most part, interesting character development, in story aswell as in game mechanics, good battle and class system. Replayability seems to be there too, I just finished my first playthrough and Im already itching to start a new character and find out what options the other paths provide. Theres some control/interaction jank, sometimes infuriating pathfinding, occasionally some random black bars popping up at the edge of the screen, else a smooth experience. If you like Baldurs Gate, Pillars of Eternity, etc., dont miss out.
Excellent RPG avec une emphase sur la narration et les choix dans une histoire vraiment accrocheuse.

While its not without reservation I enjoyed this enough to play through it multiple times.
Absolute masterpiece — the best RPG I’ve played in years. I usually play the “help others” kind of adventurer, since most games reward that approach with a sense of achievement or gratitude. But this one is different: even when you try to do good, you’re seen as a tyrant’s envoy — someone to be feared and hated.
If the game was complete it would have been a 10/10, as is 8/10.
An interesting backstory and one of the most interesting character creation processes with making the decisions in the prestory.
★★★☆☆½ Finally, a CRPG where being evil isn’t just an option—it’s the whole point. Coming from the makers of Pillars of Eternity, I expected Tyranny to be a solid CRPG experience—and I wasn’t disappointed. The premise is fantastic: you’re not the scrappy underdog for once—you’re the herald, general, and judge for an almost omnipotent force hellbent on conquering the world. His/her? generals are near-godlike themselves, and you can choose to work with them, betray them, or carve out your own path. It was a blast to roleplay as a true badass. Unlike most RPGs where the "evil path" feels like an afterthought, Tyranny puts it front and center, and it’s incredibly refreshing. It stacks up surprisingly well alongside games like Baldur’s Gate and Planescape: Torment—high praise—and honestly, I wish the developers would make a sequel. I’d love to meet my lord, nemesis, god... whatever she/he actually turns out to be. The gameplay and combat are a lot of fun, and there are some really clever mechanics. One highlight is the spellcrafting system, which lets you create and tweak your own spells—definitely recommend playing a spellcaster your first time through. Melee builds are perfectly viable too, but the magic system is where the game really shines. That said, there are some balancing quirks. Certain stats are just way more valuable than others, no matter what kind of character you’re building, and the skill progression system (where skills level up through use) is unique but rewards a bit of early-game min/maxing if you’re into that sort of thing. Conquer first, ask questions later. The story is great overall, but some of the choices you make can feel a little less fleshed out than they should be—especially compared to the depth of the worldbuilding and premise. All in all, if you like CRPGs and have even a little bit of a dark side, Tyranny is absolutely worth your time.
Very good game Variative playthourgh, tons of dialogs filled with game lore, solid crafting spells experience, great music and performance
Boring. Literally just a long-ass book with a ♥♥♥♥ tone of lore from the first seconds and rare episodes of combat with a terrible mechanics. I am generally just not into the real-time-with-pause combat mechanics as it feels like it makes 0 sense, awkward and 'tf am I even supposed to do while these guys are fighting?'. Tried Diablo 4 with what felt like a similar combat mechanics (never ending braindead mouse clicking), it was super frustrating and dumb, even a monkey with brain damage would be able to keep up with it. Unlike Diablo 4, this game requires someone smarter than a monkey because you really have to love to read a lot and to be able to bury yourself into the hoards of lore to drag through it. Hell, I am sure I would be able to read all the dialogues and even enjoy the game if I had ever got into it - I just never did. None of the charachters won me over enough to keep going - and there is no other point in continuing this game. What I liked about this game (and why I am a bit upset that I haven't managed to enjoy it it despaite a few days of trying) : -Beautiful design and illustrations -Good voice acting in dialogues with the main charachters. Helps to digest the dry lore and stay focused at times I understand why some people might like Tyranny but I just don't. Half of the time I 'spent' in this game was not active playing - I juts kept getting distracted. At this point I ma going to uninstall Tyranny and start another round of BG 3, sorry
