Troublemaker 2: Beyond Dream

Hi Tim Gamecom. Terimakasih untuk Steam Codenya, saya dapet dari adik saya, Avii sebagai Pengisi OST Stonehead - Heart and Soul. Gameplay overall lebih meningkat dari yang pertama, grafis jelas meningkat, fightnya juga kerasa fluid lebih enak. Sukses terus!

A huge step up from the first game! Combat could still stand to be more smooth, and the game's performance is far from perfect on my aging machine, but the characters are super lovable and I'm looking forward to the inevitable third entry in the coming years :)

So, running around totally-not-Jakarta with a bunch of teenagers... It's certainly [i]different[/i], but is it any good? The game is clearly inspired by the Yakuza series, thus there's lots of fighting random strangers (though you can only [i]kick[/i] the traffic cones, sad!), accompanied by an eclectic soundtrack and random outbreaks of karaoke and various minigames. The engine is pretty primitive: graphics are on the low end of OK even with 'Ultra' settings, and you'll quickly notice things like cars just suddenly popping into view, plus slowly walking into them (just [i]not[/i] jumping in front of 'em, that hurts...) alters their direction, which is just one instance of the world being [i]slightly[/i] less than realistic. The map is just about usable, but lacking markers and routing, so, good thing it's rather small and that most stories are [i]entirely[/i] on rails, without much doubt (or even choice) about where to go next. Biggest issue with this title is the fragmented nature of gameplay: you take a few steps, the game fades to a black screen, you wait for the auto-save, then sit through a long and mostly un-fast-forwardable anime sequence, before you can take control again... for all of 30 seconds or so. Sure, you can free-roam, but [i]doing[/i] anything quickly devolves into this not-very-interactive cycle. [i]Fragmented[/i] is also the operative description of the storytelling. You're in a band, and in school, and boxing, and dealing with cops of both the corrupt and nice-neighborly variety, and investigating drug gangs, and a whole lot of other stuff that fails to add up to a coherent whole. And looking at the achievement stats, 50% of players give up before the end of chapter 5 (out of 20 or so), so, yeah, I'm not the only one that wasn't entirely enthralled by these random vignettes-of-youth-life. Still, there is enough [i]soul[/i] here to justify a look, but keep in mind you're mostly paying for the atmosphere, not for a great gaming experience.

[Not a review] The minimum specs are a lie. I can't even get the game to launch properly. It hangs up on launch and I'm stuck on a black screen. (Now I know what other reviews meant when they said it was unoptimized) ---- edit: I actually have 8 gb RAM, Idk why it's detecting as 6

What a wonderful experience playing this game! Thankyou Developer for making this masterpiece🔥 Story: 100/10 (I really love it) Can't wait for Troublemaker 3, please finish it as soon as possible. So excited looking ur leaks for TBM 3 in ur IG post. The graphic will be more more better than TBM 2, and I hope "depth" of story will be there too.

Semua nya berjalan baik2 aja mengenai review gw dan experience gw bermain. Gw maklumin semua kekurangan yang ada di game ini yang menurut gw banyak banget, sebanyak game pertama nya cuma beda letak nya aja. Masalah yang gw dapet menurut gw buat review dan experience gw bermain jadi drop parah sih. Gw cuma pilih menyerah pas game over lawan ricco ( emang sih jordan gw rada kesampingin masalah upgrade skills nya & pas itu gw juga gk bawa item banyak ) , tapi masa iya karena gw pilih option itu, save data gw langsung hilang & gw harus mulai dari awal lg?? GW JDI BENCI SIH SAMA NIH GAME. MAAF AJA. Padahal game ini gw rate bagus sih & gw enjoy dengan semua fitur kayak musik yang bagus2 banget karena ngangkat banyak band indie jadi banyak diketahui dan dinikmati pemain, free roam, combat mechanism yang lebih fluid , nuansa jakarta yang kental & moment2 di indonesia yg iconic & kocak. SATU MUSUH DARI GAME INI YAITU BUG NYA SENDIRI. Beberapa kali bahkan sering gw abaikan dan gw makulumin, tapi masalah savean game yang bahkan gk ada manual save nya & cuma patokan dari auto save nya aja, ENOUGH sih buat gw rada males main yang selanjutnya. BANG NANDA TOLONG DIFIX YA, MAKASIH !

Setelah belasan jam main dan 100% eksplorasi, saya sangat enjoy dengan dunia nya karena banyak hal-hal yang relate dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Ditambah dengan Side Quest yang unik-unik. Minusnya di optimasi game, Spec PC saya sesuai dengan Recommended Spec di deskripsi Storenya tapi ternyata untuk mendapatkan 60FPS harus setting graphic sampai rata kiri dulu, belum lagi ketika ditempat ramai.. FPS kadang drop sampe ke 30
