We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

The story is serviceable, I didn't dislike it, but since the game has long stretches of character scenes and dialogue, it is probably the main draw back if you're impatient or easily bored. The entire game is voiced, and the voice work is mediocre in some places and great in others. I personally did find the choices impactful, often times they determine what kind of enemies and battles you'll fight, as well as which characters join your campaign, but as others have mentioned, the big deciding choice is at the end. There are 4 endings total, with 1 "Golden Ending". The game has a new game plus mode to help you see every choice and keep the game interesting. The main attraction for me were the tactical battles, and I was not disappointed. About half way through, I bumped up the difficulty to hard and had to adapt my strategies. I failed battles multiple times before getting them down. This was very satisfying for me. The classes are locked to the characters, so really no customization other than the upgrades you choose for each character. However, there is a fairly large cast of characters to experiment with it. If you're a fan of turn-based tactics games, and don't mind giving the dialogue heavy story a chance, then I recommend it, especially on sale.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A time to be had for srpg players. From map design, difficulty options, character kits, character designs, and character narratives, there's so much to enjoy. The difficulty is challenging for your skill level and I encourage others to do their best to run on Hard as much as possible. People say that they don't like the politeness of much of the cast but I find it refreshing to have a more civil array of characters not written as, "someone from today plopped into medieval times." Instead, their common agreeableness accents when friction is present. The cast is made up of largely mature people that understand that throwing a fit and being visibly at odds is only a formula to lose it all. That the Roselle, the Wolffort demesne, Serenoa, and Norzelia itself are all lost if bonds are too fractured between allies under Glenbrook's finest.| Here's some things that I like: -Majority of gameplay -Lots of lovable characters -Anna Pascal -General Avlora -The story and most routes -The kits and wide variety of strategic options -Stratagems go BRRRR -Jens turn denial is so good and hilarious to see, I only failed a prediction twice -Obsidian Anklet on Decimal is free stats -Anna Pascal and her double attack that can be made quadruple Stuff I take some issues with (though mostly oversight or inconvenient): -Roland Glenbrook (The most cuck minded and low use character for me, sorry, bro should not be king cause you can't trust him to not give it away first chance he gets) -Quahaug is the most cheese enabled character (can win any map as long as his speed is the highest, given he has items or good TP balancing) (literally JJK boogie-woogie the boss into you JuJutsu jumpfest and kick him like he's an enemy stand user you spilt wine on) -Anna is also very cheese enabled granted you just get lucky and go unspotted -Replaying sections takes forever (at least you can change difficulty to Very Easy) and would be nice if you could skip to interactions and outright skip informationals -Can't buy Oils from Lionel, ever (should be available in NG+) -Utility ending is the most cucked and I just don't like the majority of what Roland yaps -I didn't realize that xp gained during a loss was xp kept and items are refunded (this was my fault) -The sloppified FF Tactics remake replaced this game's sequel as we know of, so far. That is the worst thing about this game.
Nie oceniam tej gry. Oceniam mój zawód tą grą. A jest ogromny. 1) Niektórzy mówią, że grafika jest piękna. Ci ludzie powinni się przenieść do 20 wieku i mieliby same piękne gry. PS Kiedyś była gra pt Brigandine: Legend of Forsena. Po latach wyszedł remake - Brigandine - Legend of Runnersia.
Very good story and gameplay is great. Just be prepared to watch an hour of story before you battle. Very story intensive.

"Triangle Strategy" has great tactical combat but a weak story. The king oddly mistrusts House Wolffort while ignoring real threats, and Aesfrost’s sudden invasion — with no buildup yet instant capture of the capital — makes no sense. Later excuses about “internal strife” feel like afterthoughts, leaving the narrative rushed and unconvincing.
I really wanted to like Triangle Strategy, but it's mediocre, so I quit. First off, the story is bloated. There's like 5+ cutscenes before every fight, and it takes way too long to get through. Story heavy games are fine usually, but there's zero interactivity. The graphics are amazing, it uses the HD-2D style well. The combat is fine, but it's basic. The game made a terrible choice by having no easy ways to buy items, and you're always under leveled so combat is balanced poorly. 6/10 It has the roots of something great, but the story drags and the gameplay is unbalanced.
Big fan of many JPRGs, especially turn-based. Just can't get into this. Maybe 10% of the game is combat, the rest is talk talk talk. Dreadfully slow and boring.
I played with japanese enabled, which helped partially mitigate some cheesy dialog. I didn't know when first playing that there is a 'golden' story route that is far more likely to be achieved on NG+. I'll admit after a good 38ish hour playthrough, I didn't last much more than 4 hrs on NG+. True you unlock more and more characters which small little sidestories, but the gameplay doesn't change thaaaat much. Enjoyed first playthrough. Every character is some unique blend of skills, talents, drawbacks etc. so instead of a job system, each character is their own unique pokemon. hence the encouragement to replay and catch them all. I found several fights genuinely challenging. They definitely made it difficult to 'over-level.' I think you peter out on experience gain if you are the same level as the scenario. This was good. I did farm some fights for gold for weapon upgrades and the like, but overall, the amount of time I spent grinding wasnt anything near the same as say final fantasy tactics of a disgaea game. Overall good game. Too many games on the list for me to play twice for now.
