This was peak on my PS2 and probably the first Disgaea game I came close to 100% back then. It was fun to revisit here and I keep it on my favorites list so I can see my Disgaea collection lined up and pretty. Please add Disgaea 3 it will sell to us completionists.

It's pretty much the same as the first game with some minor changes. It did bug out for me at the very start once though during the turorial and because I saved after that, the savefile was unusable. I could not select any worlds to go to. It may have had something do to with the fact that I summoned all the optional characters first? Anyway, as it was only the very beginning and didn't happen ever again throughout the whole game, I think its not such a big deal. I personally prefered the main characters from the first game, but Adell and Rosali grew on me aswell (if they're called that in english, as I played in japanese) The story itself is pretty simple though. As I already knew how most things work in this game, it felt pretty easy to clear the story, which is the main part for me, even through the actual game is much longer. I know that there is a lot more to do, but I don't really enjoy grinding, just because of grinding to beat bigger bosses. Same as the first game, I just played both storylines. If you want however, you can put hundreds of additional hours into this game grinding the best gear, characters and unlocking all there is to unlock!

This game has the best soundtrack and environment of the Disgaea series. A must play.

This game, like Disgaea 1 PC, don't work anymore. I was able to launch this game once last year, but it hasn't worked ever since. I have tried many of the suggested "fixes" but nothing seems to work.
