Reviews
I have never posted a review for a game. However, the frustration I immediately felt with this game has brought me to write this review. This game is simply no where near user/new player friendly. There is no tutorial. If you click the single help button that is provided, you have to click the X until you reach the specific thing you are looking for help on, as for some reason their help button starts you at the very beginning and makes you go through the mechanics of the entire game, most of which don't actually line up with the "help" menu. Honestly, I am at a loss for words when I try to describe how poorly implemented it is, probably due to my frustration from having 0 clue what to do. Also, I purchased the Marine Corps DLC, which I thought was a playable faction, but it is not? Seems you need mods for any factions to be a real life country, but I have no clue how to even access that "dlc" content.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

да игра с класной графикой и гимплеем на столь ранней разработке игры это довольно круто рекомндую
I played this game years ago and just picked it up again and i9t still doesn't feel very good. The controls are not intuitive. Everything handles poorly. Ai is blatantly bad. It seems they shifted to having AI do a lot of their art, writing, and possibly coding. :/ I really hope it gets good. If it does, then I'm in, but for now. No.

the game always crashes at the game set up screen will never go past it, not worth spending your money on
Needs a bunch before I can say this is a good game. Ai Improvements: 1. AI commanders need to be taught to defend not always be aggressive so they have that mix of defend/attack. 2. Slightly increase their response time for units this alone makes the game easy regardless of difficulty.. ----------------------------- Game improvements: Iron Sights: for some of the rifles specifically iron is off and feels like a 50/50 to hit a target while leaning and aiming properly but less not leaning regardless of standing or laying down ( Mosin being one of them ) . Custom campaigns / factions : Without this the game is bland all you have is the campaign and custom battles being forced into already made factions with no creativity to allow people to make their own. 2v2: Super needs it for allying with AI or other players so you can assist each other on defence or attacking operations. These are what ruins the game for me and makes it not as enjoyable.

Total Conflict: Resistance is a good game so far, but I do wish to see more interactions with the troops themselves. I’d love to see proper formations, smarter use of cover, and breach-and-clear mechanics for buildings. Small tactical behaviors like units stacking on doors, suppressing enemies, flanking, or reacting dynamically to threats would go a long way in making combat feel more immersive and believable. These kinds of details would really elevate the overall experience and make battles feel more strategic rather than purely reactive. That said, the game is still in early access and continues to receive regular updates, so I’m hopeful that deeper AI behavior and tactical features like these will be expanded on over time.
i like it.
