In this stealth-action thriller, a terrorist group known as the Engineers launches the Blacklist, a series of escalating attacks on US interests. Only one man can stop them: legendary covert agent Sam Fisher.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Sep 18 → 7.75/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
OPERATE WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS
Sam is back in his tactical suit and goggles, more lethal and agile than ever. Granted the freedom to do whatever it takes to stop the Blacklist, he races across the globe to uncover the source of this devastating threat.
OWN YOUR PLAYSTYLE
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist builds on the franchise’s stealth roots while expanding into action and adventure. Players can define their own playstyle and are rewarded accordingly:
- Ghost players remain undetected.
- Assault players confront threats head-on.
- Panther players strike silently and lethally with precision.
TOOLS OF THE TRADE
Take down the Engineers using advanced gadgets like the upgraded Snake Cam and the Micro-trirotor Drone. Fan favorites return, including the Sticky Shocker and the brutal curved Karambit knife. Stealth enthusiasts can abduct and carry enemies, while the Killing in Motion system lets players mark and execute multiple targets in one fluid, cinematic move.
BUILD A NEW ECHELON
Sam is forming a new Echelon unit: his team, his rules. Anna “Grim” Grímsdóttir returns as technical operations manager, CIA operative Isaac Briggs brings firepower, and hacker Charlie Cole rounds out the crew. Fourth Echelon operates from the Paladin, a repurposed stealth airliner equipped with unlimited resources and cutting-edge tech.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This game holds up really well over a decade later. Beautiful and gritty graphic and sound design, insanely voice acting and animation, intense globe-trotting story, maps have tons of routes and verticality that let you can bypass almost all enemies if you want to. Very rewarding gameplay beats once you are used to the control and gadgets. I hope Ubisoft will bring back Splinter Cell soon.
The game doesn't work on Windows 11; to get it running properly, you have to spend a huge amount of time tweaking settings and figuring out the specific issue affecting you...
O jogo fica fechando a cada meia hora... lixo, super lixo
A return-to-form for Splinter Cell. Blacklist combines the lethal predator action aspect of Conviction with the series' traditional element of stealth, and polished it to a shine. Though not without missteps, such as the game's need to feel progression-based, it remains the most accessible Splinter Cell game for modern audiences.

NICE
I was a big fan of Splinter Cell back in the day. I started with Chaos Theory (2005) on the original Xbox and played it to death. I later went back and played the original and Pandora Tomorrow (2004) on PlayStation 2. While I loved Michael Ironside's witty banter and the slow, methodical stealth gameplay of those earlier titles, I don't expect that gameplay would sell today. And I still greatly appreciate the direction Conviction (2010) and this game took with faster-paced action and more diverse level design. Just playing through the story is easy enough, even on Perfectionist difficulty. The real challenge comes from mastering the different playstyles. Every level - and every zone within every level - becomes a little puzzle. The game encourages experimentation through its checkpoint system. You enter an area and test who you can take out silently, when to use hand-to-hand takedowns, and when to rely on mark-and-execute. If you fail and get caught, you can reload quickly, learn from the mistake, and refine your approach until you nail it. Those micro-cycles of stealth optimization make for a very satisfying gameplay loop, especially once you realize every zone is designed with that flexibility in mind. Then there's the variety of side objectives. These focus on pure stealth, clearing zones, or wave survival. They move away from the rapid trial-and-error optimization of the main missions I was just praising, but they're still a lot of fun. I spent a ton of time replaying them - increasing the difficulty, experimenting with different playstyles, or just using them as a sandbox for achievements and challenges. A stealth-based horde mode doesn't sound like it should work on paper, but Ubisoft absolutely nailed it here. I only wish multiplayer were still playable... or that I had friends to play it with. Thankfully, Ubisoft didn't carry those UPlay achievements over to the Steam achievements.
