It feels a little clunky at times but i enjoyed it quite a bit. And for the time period, showing the struggles of the marginalized was a good choice. I hope they do something similar in their next game.
this game was very interesting. I didn't expect it to tackle the topics it did, and i feel like the harshness in which it portrayed them was a breath of fresh air. from what i have seen there are 4 endings and it definitely has replayability, the only problem is that there is no current way to skip the cutscene you have already watched so to see new stuff and get all the achievements you have to watch all of it again multiple times, at least the story is engaging

This is so different from other games I play and I loved every minute of it. The story is not just about the mystery, it's about the characters in the story. It's about the ways that the marginalized people such as those with mental health issues and the so-called "deviants" were treated in the 50s. It's also about how society in general treats and looks down upon the not so fortunate in life, even going so far as to shame them publicly for being in debt and harassing them endlessly. Maybe things have changed since then but it's still a struggle to just live in peace no matter where you are or who you are, or it's also more likely things have not changed as much after all. Cheers for the bravery of the writers and publishers that backed this game/story. It truly is a find that I did not know I was looking for. No, I don't care about any slamming of this beautiful story by mentioning any issues I had with running the game. This game ran great and the graphics are absolutely amazing. I think I may be doing a second playthrough to unlock different paths, because why not?

I enjoy story games and games where your actions change the outcome. It was a very intersting story. Game play was fun. Challenging enough to be indept but not so difficult it was frustrating. Im actually going thru another play thru to change the outcome and get more achievments
10/10 i couldn't take a break to get a drink i was INVESTED and played straight through. gonna play another playthrough with the other acolyte SOON usually i'm a dialogue and cutscene skipper in games i play and during my first playthrough i did not skip once. i like the voice acting and exploring really felt rewarding. my game did crash ONCE but i think that was a pc issue on my part. i turned graphics down slightly and problem was solved and i could wiggle around to my hearts content. game was still beauitful more plz
