Ok, 20+hrs in, have beaten the Delver and Little Johnny...I have no idea what is going on with the story, but this game is weirdly addicting. Starting out is a grind, a lot of dying, especially once you get past the prison 'prologue'. A lot of sticking around the neighborhood and beating the same enemies while you get used to the mechanics. There are a bunch of 'overpowered early' vids out there to take advantage of. I got this game because it was made by Focus and I see a lot that was used in WH40k Space Marine II....I should it was on sale for $2.99. I can see myself getting another 15-20 hours on it. So, if I get 40 hours of play for $3, this is a thumbs up from me. 82/100 maybe, not a perfect game, just weirdly cool and fun.
The game is a total blast that hooks you in with good story . The way Jericho City is built is seriously impressive, having a densely interconnected world, full of clever shortcuts that make exploring every vertical corner of its districts rewarding. The gameplay is fluid and graphics are quite good.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

God-tier dismemberment and fatalities! wheres surge 3?
Didn't care so much for the story, but the game is fun. Im not familiar with soulslike and I haven't played the first game, so this game was a nice surprise. The fight mechanics, defense and focus on break enemy parts its fun and easy to get armors. The game have some fun bosses but the final one its really underwhelming... I hated the ending, final boss, conclusion and it made me give up on the DLCs. But overall, it was a fun game.
one of the best souls-like games. perfect level design, and adds some additional mechanics to base dark souls gameplay, like cutting body parts for armor. i like the post-apocalyptic sci-fi theme too.
maybe the most confused i ever was by the amount of negative reviews on Steam. The Surge 2 gave me a difficult and maybe just a little frustrating experience with bosses that are generally hard but reward mastery, and a fun story to follow. It has great Map Design that falls short only where the generally messy Art Direction fails to make places remarkable enough. The armor part collection system is easy to play with and having the correct build at every point is rewarded. Big recommendation!
Mi piace un sacco anche questo gioco! Mi piace l'ambiettazione et la storia.
