The Stanley Parable

Very very very fun game!!! It was so funny to play and hear the narrator's reactions. Thinking about buying the other game.

I preface this with the fact I respect the impact this game has had on video game history. That being said, this game is also the reason I don't particularly like meta games. I'd recommend The Stanley Parable only so you can see how it impacted the meta genre. You'll know pretty immediately if you like the tongue and cheek humor or if you should refund it.

dude...... if anybody is wondering "should i buy the stanley parable" 1st of all, hell yes buy it but also like if you do HAVE SPARE TIME- because i deadass made plans with friends and then decided to try out stanley parable for like 20 minutes to see what it was about it wasnt 20 minutes.....i blacked out for like 2 hours......this game is addicting and it is way too good THIS GAME IS DANGEROUS BUT YES PLEASE BUY IT ITS SO GOOD <3

The narrator made me feel both confused and aroused

Although not a bad game, it wasn't my cup of tea either. Just a sandbox... of a building you need to get out of. You can search for new ways to escape to give you alternative endings. You get achievements for doing some menial tasks, which fits the story line but are stil BS. Narration is top notch, though. It was a ★★★☆☆ for me.
