Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The Crash Protocol I crashed no more than 20 times during my 11 hours of play time (2 of those hours re-playing a whole chapter because it crashed and wiped my save), which is remarkable given that this game is 4 years old now and I have a rig with hardware that wasn't even available at that time, meaning that there should be no problems running this game. The performance itself was almost perfect, being able to run the game at max settings at a smooth 100 fps, but the crashing became so frequent that it started to bug out other elements of the game as well, such as: - Cutscenes stuttering - Lip-sync issues with characters - Getting stuck on geometry (especially in the DLC) - Some of my manual saves being bugged and not populating in the menu - Enemies turning invisible and then having the audio for them bug out for the rest of the level On top of that, the UI and the combat do not flow well with each other at all. The inventory menu takes too long to open and is real-time so enemies can still hit you, many of the guns share the same foundation which requires you to disassemble them in the middle of a fight if you want to switch weapons, there is no quick heal option for a smaller chunk of health so you have to crouch and stand still while healing which leaves you open to enemy attacks, the GRP telekinesis ability often locks on to random objects around enemies instead of the enemies themselves and also frequently grabs an enemy and then drops them if there is another object blocking their path. The game gives you virtually no currency for weapon upgrades for the first half of the story and then drops currency like its candy in the second half, which ultimately doesn't even matter because they buff the enemies and the volume of enemies in the second half so the game basically scales with you, making your upgrades feel pointless. On top of that, after like Chapter 2, every single enemy in the game can mutate into a much harder enemy which requires you to use guns to shoot the mutated section on their body to stop them from transforming, forcing the player to always expend ammo in nearly every encounter in the game. Even with a nearly fully upgraded baton, it felt useless in the last couple chapters because of how much the enemies scale with you in health, damage, and volume. The story is your typical zombie outbreak but in a sci-fi setting, the characters are given laughably little to do, the game is as linear as linear gets (The Last of Us 1 is more open than this and that's a pretty linear game), there's really only 4 types of weapons in the entire game and a few variants to those weapons, they recycle the same mini-boss 4 times within the last couple chapters, the final boss fight is quite underwhelming (the DLC boss fight is much better), and I walked away from this game really wanting to enjoy it because of its rich atmosphere and graphical fidelity, but there are way too many flaws in the overall direction and execution to call this a success.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 27: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

The Callisto Protocol™ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una experiencia de terror y supervivencia impresionante. ¡Totalmente recomendado!
Took me a bit to finally give this game a try since i can't really do horror games. (cause they scare me.) but after finishing this game within 3 days i can honestly say that I am extremely sad that there isn't a second game. this honestly felt as if i was simply watching a gameplay of it. like a movie in a way. i would absolutely recommend. for better performance of the game. (or for any.) i would recommend to update your bios. prior to updating my bios the game would crash and it was glitchy but after i updated my bios it played like a dream. Can't wait to play it at a higher difficulty.

if you asked claude to make a sci-fi survival horror game this is what it would spit out
Story is not very original, but they throw in some interesting plots I did not see coming near the end. So good. Combat is easy, nothing too difficult. Weapons are fun, actually tried to use them all. Only the tactical pistol use eludes me. Graphics are beautiful, there are some very nice looking scenes. There are sometimes some stutters, where I thought my Computer crashed, but no the game resumes again. See my pc specs for ref. Gameplay is not very agile. Because dodging attacks are simple there is somewhat heavier and slower gameplay, like Cronos the new dawn. If that is good or bad thats up to you, I liked Cronos very much and this game feels for me the same way. The only sometimes lack luster is the inventory mechanic. I just REALY do not like limited inventory to just a few slots. So many times I had to drop ammo for some money making items in the beginning. It never feels good, its NOT a fun gameplay mechanic ever. Dev's should know this by now. No ONE LIKES IT. After the finishing the game, I felt rewarded. Looked back and though: Yeah cool game, 12 hour game. I recommend the game on any sale. Prisoner 521 OUT.
