Terminator: Dark Fate – Defiance is not just a game; it's an adrenaline-fueled journey where your strategic prowess decides the fate of mankind against the machines. After the machines took over, the greatest threats may not come from the machines but rather from other human survivors.

The mechanics of the game require you to constantly pause and play. Bad. Pausing to command is fine, but having to do it three times every time a shot is fired is excessive. Super confusing in many aspects and difficult to learn. The other factions are you, so you have to command WAY too many units. Should be one faction which you choose to play as and the others should be AI. It's just unrealistic and stupid. Seems like they only focused on hooking you and not retaining your attention and hype. The world map is garbage. The micro-management of units is too excessive. So many bad and frustrating things. Graphics looks good. Map sizes are good. But this game is just half-assed as to what it could have and should have been.
Bad unit pathing and bugs. Unit attacks are sometimes ridiculous. For example, an Abrams tank will constantly miss a shot at another tank just 25 feet away, simply because there’s a bit of smoke. A blind tank operator could do a better job. The Legion HK Aerial shakes uncontrollably when attempting to target a unit directly beneath it, instead of maintaining distance or repositioning. Critically damaged Legion machines that you hack won’t repair themselves, and you can’t make them repair. A direct hit from a 155mm HE shell won’t put a dent in a metal roof, yet it will destroy the surrounding concrete walls. The artillery rocket system won’t automatically reload after being resupplied and won’t target enemies unless you press F and manually select a spot to fire at.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Добротная атмосферная RTS, в которую интересно играть. Однозначно лайк!
The changes to the quick save function is the dumbest thing I have seen in this game. So ill conceived and implemented, even with quick saves enabled in the custom game setting F5 does nothing. Absolute idiocy and am no longer recommending this game to friends.
Круто! Хотелось бы побольше юнитов, бои станут активнее, и побольше выбор оружия.
I have to say I have a love/hate relationship with this game. At times it is the ultimate power fantasy for me, when everything works out the way I planned it. But alas that is a rare occasion. There are a myriad problems with this game's balance. I could accept that sometimes my units miss their shots. But I've been playing this game well over 700 hours and the vast majority of times the game seems biased against the player. Of course all three of my tanks miss their target so that the enemy has pinpoint accurate shots against them. Of course my helicopter misses all 8 (!!!) of it's rockets just to let the enemy artillery destroy my hero unit, one of which's location the enemy shouldn't even know. Of course if I assault a heavy building my units get shredded immediately, but if the enemy does it my units turn into imperial storm troopers. Of course the enemy garrison stays put and effectively keeps on firing, while my garrisons keep changing their positions inside the building all the while getting taken out by mere infantry who somehow made up of navy seals sharpshooter Rambos with bunker buster weapons apparently. And these are not isolated incidents. The RNG is clearly biased against the player, the Discord people claim it isn't but come on. Really? I don't buy it. If the RNG is fair than I'm the President of the effin' World. Also the AI seems to know exactly where every single one of my units are. Oh yeah you just happened to beeline towards my concealed forward observers. How convenient for you. At times I want to break my keyboard this game is so infuriating, yet somehow I can't seem to stop playing it. It is kind of a toxic relationship.
This might be the first time ive ever agreed with IGN, who gave this a five out of ten. First off, this game is not about skill, it's about save scumming and rng, so understand that off the bat. For instance, you may have to kill a tank at the end of the level, and the only unit capable of killing a tank that you have access to for the mission is your single rocket infantry unit. Well, for some reason, even though there are three rocketeers in your rocket infantry unit, only one of them shoots the rocket, and if he gets picked off, well, instead of one of the other two individuals picking up the rocket, that rocket group just no longer has the ability to shoot rockets, and your sunk. That means you can make it to the end of a three or four hour long mission, just to realize you technically lost way back in the first minute, without realizing it. Added to this is the fact that there are invisible traps or unavoidable ambushes, so, again, you have to cross your fingers that it's not the unit or individual within a unit that you need to beat the mission who gets killed. But it will happen, so, you just run out and see what happens, note where the ambushes, traps, scripted fights, etc are and then reload the game with that information in mind. The gameplay: This game is about beating the missions before you run out of ammo or units. The enemies never stop coming, never run out of ammo. Oh, did you waste your last grenade half the mission back? turns out you needed to save one to blow up a building at the end of this mission, you get the idea. Most missions allow you to resupply with trucks, which themselves resupply at certain depots. So, the game is about running your trucks back and forth while also moving your infantry forward. The problem is, the pathfinding for everything, these trucks included, is... about as bad as you can imagine. You cannot select a truck that is back at your base and then click for it to drive up to your troops, because it will either get stuck on something or just stop somewhere along the way. This is also true of any unit, but the trucks especially and it's a death shot to the game, in my opinion. If the game is going to be about resupplying with trucks, then you cannot then have the trucks need to be babysat for their entire journey across the map. The other units are equally as bad at pathfinding, but Im not going to go into it. What I will go into is the cover system. It's a good idea, but it's atrociously implemented. Yes, you can hide behind walls for cover...but now your unit doesnt have line of sight, and so won't shoot. There is no option a la dawn of war 2, where you click on an obstacle and your units will take up positions along it. They will do this in buildings, but not out in the field. Therefore, you essentially have to just ferociously click them until they're all gathered behind the wall you want, tell them to lay down, and then remember to tell them to stand up again once the enemy has arrived. Regardless of all this, the true issue is that its just not the game for me. I don't like contending with pathing in a game, some people dont mind. I don't like having to continually resupply, some people like it. I dont like games with endless enemies, each with endless ammo, some people do. And I detest games that force you to rely on rng for whether or not an integral member of your squad or even a single member of a unit randomly takes the tank blast to the face. Nor do I enjoy games that give you no way to know what's coming besides just save scumming. This last is probably the worst for me, I like games that rely on skill, not on information you got during the previous savegame. But it's fairly pretty, it's well voice acted in a hammy, campy way, it's a good game if you like savescumming, and that's not sarcastic, I can definitely see why people like this game. Unfortunately I can also see why it's not A LOT of people that like it. This game is niche. And it's just...not fun for me, it's a game of ammo and fuel logistics, rng and pressure to try and get it done before you're overrun by endless enemies, as opposed to awesome battles with varied weapons against terminators.

It's a neat game, it's like a wattered down Men of War + World in conflict, there are some bizzare design choices like smoke being a counter to everything (even ATGM's) but it feels somewhat unfinished and underpolished at times, but it still scratches that itch where you actually value your units and try to keep them alive and well as they will go to the next mission with you The main campaign (3+1*/10): Most of the first missions you play are just ham fisted heavily scripted huge maps you spend most of your time running about, with the limited number of troops you can deploy you never really get into it, the campaign picks up mostly after the liberation of chihuawua from the cartel where you can actually have some large scale battles, but a lot of missions only allow you to call in reserves once or twice and you're done, it does not help that the incredibly limiting supply system can drive anybody insane, it should of been removed or an option to do so should be present as you can't even enjoy having a helicopter till you're out of oklahoma without going bankrupt and having upgraded units that can stand up to legion, every moment here is absolute pain and misery that only the uprising DLC solved *Edit: Custom option allow you to disable passive resource consumption We are Legion! (DLC) (6/10): Some sort of Starcraft 2 zerg rush inspired DLC, you get some side plot about Legion AI infighting, but as the story picks up it just ends with a clifhanger that is never explored or explained again, there is no tactics required just select all units and move your blob of doom, but it was still fun seeing a single REV-6 squad breach and clear a whole building by themselves as the melee system in buildings is broken (only one unit can fight another one unit at a time making legion units absurd in CQC as everyone else in the building just stands idle) Uprising! (DLC) (8/10) This would of been perfect if more custom options were added to it, like different spawn locations, abillity to play as the other factions, edit what unit roster you have available (I don't like stuffing movement technitians into everything when drivers and tank crew's exist - I want to have only founder infantry units available to be recruited from turn one!) Uprising finally gives you the chance to test out units in bland skirmish missions that you never had the chance to try as the campaigns supply mechanic restricts you to no end and you just end up selling or scraping anything cool you find It also solved the issue of being able to deploy reserves whenever you want to and gives you the ability to extract wounded or damaged units There should of been more in battle random events besides "we located a distress call!" that will either be a free militia unit or an ambush (hence why it feels so unfinished) Uprising gives you a fun attack/defend semi-dynamic skirmish sandbox to play around in but even it feels a bit underbaked and added as a last attempt to milk this game for any worth Should you play this ? Probably, beneath the annoying constant taking control of the camera cliche which I hate, it tells a somewhat believable story in a interesting world, if not then just get it for the Uprising DLC to have fun in skirmish battle royale map
