Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Absolutely love this game. I do wish you could do more and it was more in-line with 'The Hobbit' series, rather than literally just being about Hobbits. I also wish there were more interactions with the other Hobbits. I feel happy to play this game and do the same stuff over and over again, but if you don't like that kind of stuff, then I wouldn't recommend this game to you. Also the house design tool is a bit frustrating at times.
My advice: don't read too many reviews and just try it for yourself. I was worried too but I can now confidently say I had an absolute blast and I'd gladly play a few hundred hours more, if only there was more content. This was an amazing experience for a Tolkien fan, BUT I also love relaxing farming simulators. So, if you do like these types of games (very cozy, slow, farming, fishing, no high stakes at all) and you also enjoy the world created by Tolkien, you will love this one.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's fine as a little Cozy genre game, a little expensive for the value, my hours capped at 20 before it became repetitive. It borrows more from Tolkien's legacy than it gives back. It does have a nice cooking mechanic, but the gardening aspects are very shallow, which is a big miss as that is a substantial part of the game, and there is no scope for any creative endeavour. $15 to $20 would be a fair price.
I played this game this weekend and it's honestly pretty fun. It does comes with some pros and cons so here we go ... Pros : It's your typical cozy game. I happen to be a fan of these as i play both Animal Crossing and Disney Dreamlight Valley alot. I have played others as well but those other ones dont seem to be able to keep me hooked for as long as ACNH and Disney (I have a minimum of 1K hours played in each of those) . 1. With the shire game you can cook, fish, forage and more. There is seasons in this game that affect what you can find and what you can plan for your garden. 2. The look of the game is nice and i like being able to play a hobbit ofcourse :) 3. I enjoy the friendship level of the game. Big fan of gaining rep with people so that part reminds me alot of "My time at Portia" 4. The cooking i have enjoyed alot as you can really decide how u wanna cook an item since there are multiple cooking stations. You also can invite others over for breakfast which is a great way to work on friendship levels. 5. The decorating in the game is quite good . You can change the appearance of the house interior and exterior as well as place furniture. The shops also have clothing and furniture that adds new stuff in season changes Cons : There are a few things i don't like as much in this game but they arent game breaking, just nusuances . 1. Right now you cannot interact with furniture. I would love if i could sit on a chair or something 2. You do end each day and i find the time goes by very fast. You dont get much time to really accomplish too much during the days. This could easily be fixed by adding a speed mode . My time at Portia did this and it was a game changer 3. The gardening could be better . Its not as great as i have seen in other games but its not completely horrible so minor complaint there 4. I woulda loved some voice acting in this game. Due to that its a very quiet game and makes the environment feel a little dead. 5. Back to interacting with things, i do wish you could talk to more people in the game. Okay so thats my list of pros and cons. Overall the cons arent bad enough to make me stop playing . I do enjoy the game alot but i do wonder how much longer i will last till i get bored. I guess that depends on if they have planned updates . I bought this game alot due to my love of LOTR but it just doesnt seem like the kinda game i will have thousands of hours in . I'm figuring 50 max till i stop playing it which still makes it a good investment since it is a cheap game. Myst's Rating : 6/10
I found it very enjoyable and charming. The cooking mechanic is not excessively elaborate, but it is fun and requires a bit of thinking, which contrasts with the more mindless gathering and forms a fun tempo between the two activities. The world itself is very vibrant and detailed; it's wonderful to look around and poke your nose at all the little details tucked away and wonderful colors. The palettes seriously are charming. And, for what it's worth, I thought the Hobbits were cute. The decor aspect is a lot of fun. This is a game for those who love adjusting clutter in their designing games; there is a lot of small little things to set on mantles, shelves, tables, and counters. You can arrange a cute dinner setting for every meal you have, with plates, cutlery, pots, shakers... it's really fun to immerse yourself into designing a cute spread for your guests, which I really enjoy. But it's definitely a "make your own fun" kind of design; there's no bonuses or incentives to do that. That's nice to me since I hate having to meet quotas, but your mileage may vary. There are definitely janky aspects; the loading times for dialogue are definitely strange, but none have been egregiously long. I agree with the consensus that more dialogue in general would've been nice, like randomized daily one-liners or something so that the whole world feels a bit more living. The economy is touchy in a few places, but fish are of course a mainstay. Overall the game doesn't ask much of you except for you to enjoy yourself. I appreciate that about it; it's hard to find high-quality games that are intended to be more leisurely-paced or guided primarily by the player's interests. For filling this niche, I appreciate this game a lot. I think it's worth the price at base, but getting it even at a small discount would probably ease the concerns most non-me players will have.
coulda been great. Fun for a bit then get's boring quickly very repetitive.
