Reviews
This game has one of the most morally complex story choices of all time. Well done.
Of the three Shadowrun games I've played, this one seems to be the fan favorite, at least from what I've seen online. That isn't the case with me. While it is a clear upgrade from Shadowrun Returns, I can't say I like it better than Shadowrun Hong Kong. I particularly dislike the ending of this game, mainly because none of the dialogue choices in a certain conversation really convey what I'd want to say to a character. It's a small issue on my part though, overall this is a great game, an easy 8~8.5/10 for me

Shadowrun: Dragonfall is really a great game and has a cool story, but there are serious problems. It has a LOT, and I mean a lot of bugs. Some of them are completely game breaking. I have put in a lot of hours and there is nothing more frustrating than having a mission need to be restarted because the game believes that there are still enemies, even though there are not any left. Another frustrating part of the game is the percentage calculator for an attack. There is nothing more maddening than an attack that is displayed as having a 78% hit chance only to see you miss that target 7 times in a row. That's not bad luck, that's an outright lie. If you can deal with these things, then definitely pick this up. If you're a fan of Shadowrun, then you'll enjoy Dragonfall, but be warned about the bugs.
I've played for a lot more than 3 hours, so please ignore the time played on my account. This game is fantastic, I can't praise it enough, I'm not a video game girl simp so I find the communities absolute obsession with Glory irritating, but if you can ignore the obnoxious community, you have quite an investment on your hands, not just because the game and it's story are really, really good, but because the community have modded this game quite extensively with additional content. Totally worth a buy, and a play, give it a go.
Playing Dragonfall feels like reading a Book you just can't put down.
It's been some time after I played this game before I decided to give it a review. (checks notes) Almost a year ago, actually. And the reason I'm writing this is, well, because I usually don't give out reviews, but I do it to events important to me, usually. Apparently, this game is. I keep on returning, in my mind, to the decisions I've made, to the world of Shadowrun, and to the imaginary places where my actions could've possibly left it. So yes. Plot wise, if you ask me, you should play this.
