Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
About
A brave stranger putting your life on the line to make a difference in this grim fantasy world. While most people would never risk a solitary journey through the wilder parts of the land, you willingly accept the struggle. You guard travellers, connect isolated villages, support merchants, and repel attacking creatures, bandits, or even undead.
A powerful merchant guild has called on your services, sending you on a journey into the unknown planes of a mysterious peninsula in the hopes to expand the guild’s influence even further. Explore this world and gather as much information as possible to reveal the secrets surrounding the area. It’s a dangerous task, but an equally respectable one.

Really beautiful, underrated game. The soundtrack is so soothing after a long day of work. Just make sure to take notes on the places you visit and the people you meet.
one of the best
What a love about this game is the exploration. The land is mysterious and interesting and there is plenty of map to explore.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

short and sweet some minor jank arises in the late game when the plot threads start to fall together and you go from balancing 5+ tasks to just focusing 1, which can be bottlenecked by a few unintuitive checks in general though extremely well-written with compelling characters and a delightfully rough setting, the writing is the core (obviously, as this is a text-based game) and it delivers with ease gameplay loop of managing your various meters is functional but becomes trivialized in the mid to lategame when quest rewards give enough money to cover all of your needs and then some, would recommend either the lower difficulty to focus on the plot or the highest to add some artificial nuzlocke-esque challenge, the base difficulty is basically just hard enough to be an occasional distraction
My dear Roadwarden: I adored this game's prose, a well written world were you go to a peninsula as a roadwarden (alas, a person who takes care of stuff that happens on the roads) in hopes of connecting the locals to the city's merchant guild and sort of "colonize" them. It is very well written, from small thoughtful parts mixed with the sounds and music that manage to immerse you in this beautiful world, to very long paragraphs with lots of very interesting lore and worldbuilding. Nobody here has a horse or any means of travel besides you, and the land is brimming with monsters and dangerous animals that coexist with the locals on a daily basis, so apart from trying to keep the roads safe, you are also tasked with lots of small quests, from telling something to a certain someone, delivering a package, or investigating some ruins and seeing if there’s still monsters around. The game's attention to detail, not only in the big important stuff but also in small cultural differences like your horse being treated as a beast everywhere you go, human bodies referred to as shells/vessels, the wright as the main divine figure in the empire, or dragon bones/rings as money, really grabs and invests you in its world. A choose-your-adventure text-based RPG where no choice really feels like the correct one; the game does not deal in absolutes, and it's up to the players' moral compass to see where the story is driven to. I was amazed by the "what do you do parts” where you can type anything and the game gives you a response; very fun. I also enjoyed that money was scarce, and you simply could not buy everything you wanted on a single playthrough My only downside is the combat; I was expecting something much more strategy-oriented, but after all it's more of having the best gear possible before the battle and everything will come out good, except for a few insta-deaths where you just have to reload until you decipher the correct option. Not really a deep combat system, and I also was expecting more stuff with magic since I picked the mage class, but after that initial letdown I got used to it and just focused on the story. It's very immersive from the moment you boot it up, and I played through 2 endings, with the one
where you stay in the peninsula being my favorite one
. I loved the game, and 2 months after playing it, I still sometimes think about it. For sure goes to my top 50!
I'm enjoying this very much, can easily recommend
