Pumpkin Jack

First of all I will always recommend this game. Its like a love letter to the platform games. I actual have bought it and beaten it on PS5. I've also bought it for my sons Xbox before repurchasing it for myself on PC. that story is simple , the colors bright & all the characters including the sword have fun quirky personalities. Controls work well and I've only experienced one or two bugs playing it between my first and 2nd time. the game is not long but if you're a completetionist it has replay value finding all the crow skulls, unlocking all the skins & finding all the music. If you love this game as much as i do i recommend their other game Akimbot which I also beat on PS5 and now own on PC ( I'll leave a special review when I play it again). I believe both run very well on handheld devices like the steam deck. Also I did not have a PC at the time Far Far west Playtest came out. I bought it after I got a steam deck in so i couldn't earn the Pumpkin jack skin for Halloween. really hope the devs bring it back for us to try and earn this Halloween as well as add Akimbot as a skin. other then that keep up the Amazing work

Cheirinho bom de PS2, mas não é o suficiente para me prender. Comprei por 8 reais na promoção e pelas reviews e vídeo de demonstração achei que seria um joguinho de ação legal, e ele até que é, mas em pouco tempo se torna MUITO repetitivo. Ele até dá armas diferentes pra cada boss derrotado, mas só muda as animações, pq é só apertar o mesmo botão sempre. Ele também é de plataforma, e ele peca demais nisso, o pulo é muito pesado e você praticamente sai voando, o que te faz cair toda hora das plataformas. E a fase do pântano, vulgo 3° fase do jogo, É UMA BOSTA! CHATA, LENTA, ENROLADA, MAÇANTE! A Boss Fight também, pqp, negócio asqueroso e chato. O jogo também tem umas sessões de velocidade, carrinho de mina, montando em cavalo, gárgula e etc, mas a câmera disso é bem ruinzinha, e muitas vezes você bate nas coisas e morre rápido. Mas pelo menos tem uns minigame pra quebrar o ritmo repetitivo, e eles são genuinamente legaizinhos. Os PGs são naquelas, não cheiram e nem fedem. Tem muito lenga lenga aqui, que até eles tiram sarro disso. Mesmo com tudo isso, eu queria muito zerar, já que é rapidinho, mas simplesmente aconteceu um bug satânico nessas sessões de velocidade e de desviar, simplesmente não consigo destruir um obstáculo. Já reiniciei a fase, sai e entrei do jogo, desinstalei e instalei de novo. Não tô afim de reiniciar o save.

Spooky scary pumpkins.

Game is ok. I don't think it's worth full purchase price but if it's like 10 bucks sure. There are a lot of on rail segments where you just ride an object for like 2 mins straight. It happens multiple times a level and gets very boring and repetitive. The combat is not worth engaging with and you can just go past all enemies as there is not really any reward for fighting them. Boss fights are interesting and by far the best part of the game. Would not recommend as game is only a few hours long, reuses a lot of segments, and only real good content is boss fights IMO.

Seems like a fun game to play but I have a couple of core issues with it. - movement is like playing a game called 'floaty man' - the mini-game / sub-game tasks you have to do I can tell are going to get tedious and frustrating and I can tell I'm not going to enjoy that

Short but sweet. It's like a repackaged PS1/PS2 era platformer with a lot of charm that, although basic, doesn't overstay its welcome and remains fun throughout the entirety of it.

This was a pretty fun 3D platformer to play through. The music was great, the levels weren't too bad to play along with fun boss fights. It's overall an easy game to beat and 100%. I loved the soundtrack throughout the whole game! I will say that this game is definitely not worth the $30 it wants. I got the game through humble bundle, so if the game is on sale for a cheap price, then I recommend buying it then.
