Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

У игры есть и технические и нарративные проблемы, но это простительно, потому что это всё еще мор и он всё еще чертовски хорош. Если вам понравились предыдущие версии, понравится и эта.

Kinda boring
I punched this trash can a little bit too hard time to die of a heart attack
Pathologic 2 is my favorite video game of all time and I avoided Pathologic 3 because I assumed it would be disappointing. This is the same story, in the same town, with the same characters, and yet the gameplay is completely different. I'm still wrapping my head around the nonlinear story aspect, but the mania/apathy health system is the coolest metric I've ever seen in a game. Hands down the best depiction of mental illness I've ever seen, it's cathartic and horrifying at the same time. There's nothing else like it. You've gotta try it
I enjoyed the game but not as much as Patho 2 Still I think its still a very amazing game. First of all the survival mechanics completely gone, however the balance you have to keep and how the plague affects him are a great way to narrate how multifacetic the town is and how reality exist in different forms and all of them are valid and real (A main idea of the whole franchise). However I would say that I enjoyed patho HD more than this one, because Patho 3 changed all the concepts around the Kains and Simon from smt more magical but still tangible to smt more metaphysical and quantic. But the main issue is that it was so frustrating, like really frustrating having to re-do things like a hundred times. Still the reason why I still think that it is an amazing game is because of all this "flaws". A game and its mechanics is a smart narrating tool and allows us as players to characterize the characters. In this case the frustration of not having the control even when we get to re-do things, that some characters feel unexplored or blank and even that theres no fear of death like in Patho 2, gives a perfect image of who daniil really is. after all Patho 2 and Patho 3 is living the events trough daniil or artemy, so their worldview is different and like in real life you will like someone else more than other. but it doesnt mean one must be better than the other. they requiere each other to show how the whole works. i think you will enjoy this game, only if you really love patho and if you undestand and analize every detail, every dialog and interaction. otherwise it will feel, boring, repetitive and hollow
Gameplay is way too confusing and badly explained and I quickly stopped enjoying the game itself. Perhaps that was part of the design, to frustrate the player in the beginning and let him figure things out on his own, but I will probably give up soon and drop this game. Some examples: 1) When I visited a plague district for the first time (day 3), I was told that I should go and look for a flower, and that I should use the sounds to find it. So I go towards the loudest sound and get killed by the Earth Mother. After being killed several times and losing a lot of amalgam, I left the game, looked the answer up on the internet (Tip:
stand still and look around, if you look in the direction of the flower, you will hear a certain sound
). Ok, now I've found a flower and apparently I can use this to create a cure?? Again not explained what I need to do to create the vaccine, and I leave by the end of the day without a vaccine, a wasted effort and a lot of amalgam lost forever. 2) Same remark for the Riot districts. The mind map tells me that I need to save some guy, I get to the marker on the map after dying a few more times (and losing more amalgam). I see two rioters in front of the door and the door is locked. I wave my gun at them (as I was told to do) and it works then 1min, then I get beaten up. I have no idea what to do, so I give up, and move on to the next quest marker. Again a waste of time. I hope my words here have been able to convey my feelings. Instead of enjoying this game or being intrigued by this game, I am fully frustrated.
